Had a two bedroom unit and both showers at times did not have hot water.
Roof top bar is disappointing for a supposedly “ premium “ property.
I have stayed at Singular Dream before and each year it seems to get a little bit worse in terms of things breaking down, etc.. will try a different place in the same area next year

Room: very spacious and clean. I had the 2 bedroom suite and it was amazing!!
Room had regular size fridge, stove-top, enough plates and cups for 5
Bathrooms were adequate and showers/hot water was good.
Very nice coconut smelling cream provided in bathroom.
Coffee: only prove ONE complimentary coffee/filter, if you want more you gotta buy more which is not convenient cause you need to find the correct one.
Facilities:
Wifi was very flaky. See pic where it would connect and drop off. So if you are depending on their WiFi, be prepared for some disconnect, from time to time. See pic of what I mean.
Pool: rooftop is very nice with a nice view.
Gym: seems you needed a key card so could NOT use it 😔
Entrance: had a steep climb of stairs, so not very friendly if you have issues with stairs or coming on a wheelchair.
Location: very good as it is between both the famous 5th Avenue and a small beach

This hotel has a great location, 1 block from the beach and a very short walk to 5th, as well as nicely appointed rooms. The rooms are considerably tighter quarters than we expected from the pictures, due in large part to the generous table. In several areas the caulking needed spraying to eliminate mold. Our room did not include a hair dryer. The pool was very nice and the parking garage was much appreciated.
