This condominium is located in the trendy new north end of 5th Ave, between the most beautiful beach in Playa, Coco Beach, and 5th Avenue, the heart of Playa Del Carmen.

The condo also includes a half bath off the living area, washer/dryer, 50" smart TV, stream your favorite cable, DVD player and one parking space. Also provided are 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the beach.Condo also has safe. Water softener. Ice maker.
The kitchen comes complete with crock pot, coffee maker, blender ,hot and cold water dispenser, toaster, ice maker. Large windows, sliding glass doors and a balcony off the master bedroom, and one off the living room area allow a pleasant breeze through this unit. Each room has its own temperature controlled air conditioner and a ceiling fan.

Great host, great location, fantastic communication. I stayed 8 days in January with the family. The vicinity of the beach and restaurants was the key factor when we chose the property. It was a little loud at night outside to my liking but it did not spoil overall experience.

Great apartment in a wonderful location.Only 1 thing for improvement shower in master bedroom has very low water pressure but shower in room with 3 beds works great.Highly recommend this apartment.
