Location was excellent. Quiet but close to an excellent beach and 5th street. Air conditions was excellent and the fact that the balcony wasn’t on the south side made it usable during the day.
The buildings roof lighting (all of them at once) would flash on and off rapidly so going up to the roof at night was not exactly peaceful. The hot tub was cold for all but one day of our 10 day stay, eventually being fixed on the last day. The couch is a bit stained and has a small hole in it and should be replaced. No extra blankets that could be used to cover up the couch. The 2 bathrooms receptacles weren’t working but we never reported it to get them fixed until we left. No tea towels, paper towel or face wash cloths, until we requested them. Parking is not readily available underground. This unit doesn’t have a dedicated parking spot so only 4 spots open, first come first served. The shower door wouldn’t close all the way.

Hermoso departamento, super comodo y con una ubicación inmejorable!!!
La habitación pricipal tiene su propio baño y esta separada… posee tv y un comodo placard.
Luego hay otro baño y bajando unos 3 escalones la cocina (con todos los utensilios necesarios), un sofa cama (como para un niño) y luego un lindo balcon. También cuenta con un lavarropas y una secadora. El edificio es muy tranquilo, la piscina en el piso superior grande, y linda para pasar un buen rato.
Tambien tiene estacionamiento.
Sin lugar a dudas volveria y lo recomiendo!

der erste Eindruck an der Reception war sehr schlecht, wir waren ca. 30 Minuten vor dem vorgegebenen Check In Fenster vor Ort. und der völlig gelangweilte Mitarbeiter vor Ort tat so als ob er nichts von der Buchung wüsste.
Zusätzlich meinte er noch es gibt keine Tiefgaragen Plätze für uns.
Eine halbe Stunde später saß ein anderer Mitarbeiter an der Reception und hier hat dann alles wie gebucht funktioniert.
Ein Tipp an alle Unternehmer stellt keine lustlosen Mitarbeiter ein 😉
