Stefania’s property is amazing. The care taken of not only the rooms but the grounds around the property is fantastic. Stefania was a great host and responded very quickly. Would recommend Montorio to anyone if travelling through the Montepulciano area.

Very nice property , like you’re at your own home

It was not what was expected. It was so much better. Fell in love with stone building and cozy rooms in pictures, when we checked in, saw so much more of serene beauty and did not want to leave. Room was clean , well put together and pleasantly surprised to have coffee there, the host left few sweet treats, cold water and juice as well. Host Stefania was very pleasant and accommodating, gave detailed instructions how to check in and then also checked on us personally. She helped with local restaurants recommendations ( gorgeous sunset view with great food) and made reservations for us. House is located on a small hill with stunning views of the valley and the cathedral. We spend most of the time outside enjoying the scenery. The house is located in a gated territory with parking spaces and wrap around drive. Conveniently located in Montepulciano and within reasonable drive to other sights. We truly enjoyed the stay and would love to come back for more one day.
