Wow! This property was as advertised and more. Crested Butte South is a quiet, residential neighborhood with a small business district. It is a short drive to Crested Butte proper with plenty of shops, restaurants, and access to the trails.The home is modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. We worked remotely and had no issues with connectivity for two laptops and phones. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook a meal. Bonus... containers to store leftovers and sharp knives that actually cut!There was plenty of space to put things away in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom.. The garage was convenient and great to keep the hiking shoes and packs. Beds were very comfortable.Not mentioned in the listing or photos is a nice outdoor seating and dining area. Great place to relax.We were in the area to hike during wildflower season. Some of our favorites were Rustlers Gulch for the flowers, Washington Gulch and West Maroon pass for flowers and views, Beaver Ponds for an incredible grove of Aspens. Our overall favorite was recommended by Rob, Red Lady/ Mt. Emmons. Incredible 360 views of all of the peaks and valleys below.Rob was easy to communicate with. We appreciate this home, our hosts, this lovely area, and the Camp 4 Coffee that welcomed us.Highly recommend!

From the check in process to checkout everything was stress free. Our host was awesome. Quick to reply to any questions and everyone was impressed with the property. 9 minutes from downtown. Quiet neighborhood. By far the cleanest vacation home we've stayed in. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
