We had a group of six. Everyone had their own bed and there's plenty of common space. The area is very quiet and the neighbors we spoke to were quiet friendly. The second floor balcony is quite nice with a good bbq grill and a good view facing a mountain across the valley.
There are local bars and restaurants 2-3 blocks away; easily walkable. The garage was great! Oversized height and no issues pulling in a SUV with a skybox. The entire ground floor is the garage with the 2nd & 3rd floors as the living space. fyi - 18-20 stairsteps from the ground floor to the 2nd floor.
Basically 30 minutes to Gunnison and 15 minutes door to door for skiing. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This townhome was perfect for our vacation with three couples and is in a great location in CB South. The kitchen and living room were spacious as well as the bathrooms. The mattresses were super comfortable. It is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. The property manager was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend staying here!

I am thankful for the use of this spacious townhome with its close proximity to restaurants, coffee shop, gas station and bus. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room and all that we needed in terms of cooking, food prep, bedding, and linens. The living space has lots of windows and lets in a lot of beautiful sunlight. Rooms all had closets to hang clothes, extra pillows and sheets, and good sun-blocking blinds.
The reason for 3 stars:
Construction is an ongoing thing in Crested Butte, and there is little escaping it, so be prepared for that. There was concrete work being done in the back yard, directly outside sliding glass doors from the master room, which was unsightly so we did not open the blinds for any natural sunlight. This project wouldn’t have necessarily prevented me from renting the unit, but generally property owners/managers should let potential renters know to expect construction so they can be aware. The fire alarm went off 3 nights in a row between 10pm-1am, for no reason. We were unable to shut it off and did not hear back from the owner for 2 days. Additionally, the alarm in the unit next to us was under construction and the alarm was going off all night, most nights. Many of the dishes and nearly all of the silverware that were in the cabinets and drawers were put away dirty with food hardened on by the dishwasher. It is understandable if a tenant put away dishes that were not washed well, but not for property managers/housekeepers. Lastly, asking tenants to take out previous renters garbage is gross and I have NEVER had to do this in any vacation rental. This should be done by a property manager even if they have to take it to the dump. The entire garage smelled foul from old food and dirty diapers in the garbage can.
