The location of the house is great, it’s away from the busy area with an amazing view from the porch. It had everything we needed but there are some safety issues that need to be addressed. There appears to be a black mold issue in one of the bathrooms on the ceiling, which is a health concern and then we noticed in multiple rooms (bathroom sink & toilet, and on both bed pillows) that piles of what looked like sand were appearing daily. We noticed it was coming from the ceiling and insects were flying around. Appears it may be a termite issue and those piles are their excrement, so that could be a concern with the building structure and it being on the bed pillows. If these issues are corrected, I’d def stay here again but otherwise, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
