This is not a typical vacation rental. Every space in this home was intentionally designed and curated by Sonya’s Décor Uptown. Rather than furnishing for a rental, the home was created as a collected, design-forward experience—layering textures, art, furnishings, lighting, and thoughtful details throughout to create a stay that feels elevated yet comfortable. Newly built in 2023, the home is retreat overlooking the San Sebastian River marsh in historic Lincolnville that combines modern architecture, expansive windows, marsh views, and indoor-outdoor living while remaining walkable to Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

What a beautiful home to stay in while visiting St. Augustine. The house was comfortable, private, and quiet. The views, especially the sunsets, were stunning. The location was great. You can walk to the Historic District (15 minutes) for the sites, shopping, and restaurants. There are also a few very good restaurants much closer to the house. Overall, we would stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

The villa was beautifully decorated as pictured, cozy and welcoming. The view from backyard was lovely. Wished I could’ve stayed longer than what I booked. Host was responsive which is a huge plus. Highly recommend
