The main entrance and first-floor laundry area are shared with the separate downstairs guest suite when occupied.
Enjoy easy self-check-in with a smart lock. Access instructions will be provided before your arrival.
The backyard seating area is shared with the downstairs and rear apartments.

Please Note

Stairs: The Lookout's bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony are located on the second floor. Guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay. The staircase opens directly into the second-floor living area and does not have a door or safety gate at the top. Guests traveling with young children should keep this in mind when booking.

Shared entrance & laundry: The home's main entrance and first-floor laundry area are shared with the separate downstairs guest suite when occupied. The Lookout's second-floor accommodations and first-floor bonus room with games are private to your reservation.

Separate downstairs suite: A separate 1BR guest suite may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Each accommodation has its own private living spaces, with only the entrance and laundry area shared.

Separate rear apartment: An additional 1BR/1BA guest apartment is located above the detached garage and has its own private entrance.

Driveway access: The driveway provides access to the rear apartment and must remain clear.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, like illness, flight cancellations, or weather issues, as our cancellation policy is moderate/flexible.
