Located on a quiet, family-friendly street, we provide 2 off-street parking spaces. Our space is surrounded by the top bars & restaurants including Ice Plant, Preserved, & Blue Hen. #1 beach in St. Augustine is located only 4-miles away.

Excellent location!! Easy to walk everywhere. Cute house, well decorated with all the kitchen amenities needed. Nice towels and linens.

House was clean, great location, host was very responsive to questions and offered lots of recommendations for things to do & places to eat. Access to the trolley was wonderful for getting downtown

Was not expecting home to be in an area of abandoned homes and a heavy population of homeless people. House could have been more presentable especially in back sitting area where outdoor furniture was not clean and debris was present. Carpets were heavily stained and light fixtures had cobwebs. Dust was present on knickknacks and outdoor porch upstairs was in rough shape with dirty shredded curtains.
