PET POLICY:
We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
GUEST PROTECTION PROGRAM: To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete a few simple steps prior to arrival:
1. Complete a quick guest verification.
2. Review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement.
3. Choose one of the following protection options:
*Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents.
*Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that's released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.

We enjoyed staying in this downtown St. Augustine property. We’re only a couple of blocks away from the ancient city and all the dining and shopping. Parking was great with enough room at this property for four vehicles. The interior was clean and fresh and we had everything we needed. In the backyard there were some games outdoor seating and a hot tub. We would definitely stay at this property again.

It was clean and well equipped for our stay. We were able to walk downtown and had access to a lot of shops and restaurants. Had a nice area on the porch that we enjoyed!

We enjoyed our two night February stay in this well located accommodation. Parking was right out front. No stairs. Restaurants within short walk. Very clean. Two modern showers in two separate full bathrooms. Nice open space concept. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood for sleeping. Note: We did not use the new looking dishwasher because it was not connected/secured to counter. Also, one of two sofas should be replaced.
