About this house rental
The Anchor House is a Private Canal Waterfront Home with a a dock, in the town of Ponce Inlet.
Few houses away from the uncrowded beach, enjoy amazing watersport activities, visit the tallest Lighthouse in FL, enjoy the large Swimming Pool, Fish on the brand new dock and the many amenities that this home offers. Fully equipped kitchen, multiple Smart TVs, XBox 360 with 19 games, Access to bikes, beach accessories, fishing rodes, Enjoy Ponce Inlet like a local!
The space
Beautifully decorated and well appointed, The Anchor House boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Bedroom 1 has direct access to the Swimming Pool with a King bed. A 55-inch Smart Tv with an Amazon Fire Stick. We put together 2 twin mattresses on the King Bed so you can move freely without annoying the person next to you!
Bedroom 2 has a 40-inch Tv with an Amazon Fire Stick, two separate twin beds and share the full bathroom with Bedroom 1.
Bedroom 3 is the largest and has an ensuite bathroom with one Queen bed and one twin bed, a 55-inch Smart Tv with an Amazon Fire Stick.
Fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining tables for a total of 12 people, 3 sofas that can accommodate a large gathering, XBOX 360 with 19 games. boards games, smart Screen TVs in every room including a 75-inch tv in the family room with access to Roku, Amazon Fire stick, and Spectrum.
We also provide Water bottles, snacks, bicycles, fishing rods and baits, beach accessories, sunscreens, and carts, grab a bike and discover the scenic trail at the Ponce Preserve, which is only 5 minutes away.

- The Anchor House is not only our little piece of Paradise but we also call it Home. This why you will notice Metzuzot at the entrance of each door which have blessings inside, please be tolerant and do not try to remove or damage.
- The swimming pool is not heated but super comfortable when it is hot outside!
- Lots and lots of parking space available! Circular drive and driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars!
- If you are lucky enough, you can be surprised by a manatee hiding under the docks in the backyard!

The Anchor House was a great place to stay for our 11 night beach vacation. The beds and space were comfortable for our family of 4. The beach access was quick and not crowded. We looked forward to watching manatees by the dock every morning. Virginia is a great host, we will definitely stay here again.

The Anchor House was well appointed and comfortable. Beds slept great and property had plenty of space. We didn't get to use the pool given the temperatures, but it looked clean and was good sized. Neighborhood had sidewalks and was very quiet.Virginia was fantastic with communication and responded very quickly to any messages. She was flexible and accommodating. Would highly recommend this over a hotel!
