About this house rental
Our property is a beautiful and well maintained beachfront home. It provides a private tropical paradise where you can relax away the days listening to the waves, watch dolphins, right whales, and sea turtles from the deck, or take long walks in the surf. While you can enjoy privacy at home, you are close enough to walk to beachfront dining, have a cocktail on the inlet, or book a fishing adventure out at sea.
Conveniently located about ten miles south of Daytona Beach, you are close enough to enjoy the revelry of the boardwalk then escape back to the peace and quiet of our home. Cars are not allowed on the beach near our property so your view will always be perfect and your sunbathing and sand castles will be safe.
Our home is also an ideal base for day trips to some of Florida best destinations like the manatees of Blue Springs, America's oldest city, St. Augustine, Orlando's Disney World, and the Space Center of Cape Canaveral.
Our family enjoys renting a pontoon boat on the Halifax River and watching the dolphins swim in our wake. My son's always enjoy a day of deep sea fishing, after which we love cooking the fresh catch on the grill.

While we do not have cable television, we do have a five smart TVs and Wi-Fi, so everyone can watch their favorite shows from their streaming service subscriptions.
Our home is located right on the beach with a line of boulders protecting us from the sea. Storms and high tides occasionally shift the boulders, making access to the beach challenging. However, easy and safe access to the beach is always available via a public boardwalk located just north of our house.

We had a fabulous time, plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean. We are definitely looking forward to coming again. Communication was great, if therebwere issues they got right back to us. The back door does stuck, but that is common in most places near the water. There are no complaints what so ever. It was a great biketoberfest!!!Thank you for having us.

Our family has been coming to Daytona for the past 29 years and this is the first time we’ve stayed in a house and we throughly enjoyed it!! So much so that we’ve already rented this house for next year!! It is spacious enough for our family but not too big and the walk down to the beach is very convenient! Everyone enjoyed it!

First impressions: Driveway full of trash, broken glass, and cement bags under plastic that looked to have been there for a while. Upon entry going 8-10 dead cockroaches in kitchen and main area. During stay we saw several more alive.House was very dirty beyond counter and table tops. Grimy dishes, used coffee grinds in the coffee maker Toddler dropped a toy under the couch and after seeing years-old dust, dirt, and more dead bugs, I left it there! Access to beach very misleading. There are 2 boards that lead down to 3 steps up that take you to the top of rocks, then it’s 7-8 feet down to the beach. The only way down would be a backwards crawl! A note from the owners said there COULD be a situation where the tide had compromised the rocks, prohibiting access, which is hard to figure.Major construction next door. Hammering and music all day which woke me up twice. An excavator, crane and 2 other trucks were directly behind this house lined up on the sand for a day and a half. Not good.Be aware that there are no recliners on the deck and old chairs with saggy seats. No beach umbrella or chairs or beach towels as the site says. Just a hassle and an extra expense as these are things you can’t get onto a plane with.I am amazed that this property is rated so high!The owner refunded me what amounted to 1/3 of my cost, and did offer to send over a bug company, but with 2 kids that crawl on the floor did not want poison around.There are better options, I’m sorry to say.
