About this apartment rental
This 4 bedroom condo is a bit of paradise on earth. The renovation was completed in April 2025.
The unit has two master bedrooms with walk in closets and private bathrooms and ocean views. Third bedroom has bunkbeds and a queen bed. The fourth front bedroom/game room has a new queen sofa sleeper.
There are 3 TVs: The 70" TV is in the larger family room, the master bedroom has a 50" TV and the game room has a 60" TV. Everyone can watch what they want!
The kitchen is well equipped,, including an amazing nugget ice maker!
New appliances, new "farm" sink, new quartz island. Can seat 8 in kitchen.
The reason this condo is PRIME is the ease of walking out to expansive patio, and heading out to the beach...or the pool with no elevator ride, just a gate away.
We are required to have a 30 day minimum, (HOA requirement); however, shorter stays are negotiable. Please note that if keys are lost, we may charge $150. Also, we love pets, but not at the condo!

Condo was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Furniture could use a little updating but nothing terrible. Looking forward to our next stay.

The location of this condo would be hard to improve as it faces directly to ocean and is just above the beach. Two of the three bedrooms as well one of the family rooms has views and access directly to ocean. The condo is well equipped and has interesting decor and furnishings. Though the cleanliness of the condo was an issue initially, once we did some deep cleaning we were very happy to be there. When we shared concerns with the owners, they were very quick to respond and address the issues. We would stay here again.
