This condo is perfect for a family vacation or long-term stay. Decked out with all the amenities all you have to bring with you is your bathing suit!
Walk in to the spacious unit with stone and wood flooring and kitchen with granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets. With all of the kitchen amenities you could need at your fingertips, cook while you look out at the ocean! Small appliances include: Coffee maker, Keurig, toaster and blender. Enjoy bar seating or stretch out at the dining table with a perfect view of the Atlantic.
Step outside the sliding glass doors to the best view of the ocean in the building, this is a center unit on the eighth floor, so you get views up and down the beach as well as unobstructed view of the ocean. Brand new seating outside provides the perfect place to watch the sunrise and drink your coffee as you plan your day!
Each well-appointed bedroom has comfortable king-sized beds, large closets and en-suite bathrooms which are all fully renovated and tastefully decorated. There is also a child's pack and play crib with sheets for little ones. Also included: high-chair, personal fan and a white noise machine. Two twin air mattresses are also provided with sheets.
Check out the beach closet for everything you'd need to enjoy your day at the beach: umbrella, chairs, toys, towels, coolers and more.
If you're ready to explore, just take the elevator down to a heated pool, indoor hot tub and sauna as well as gym with brand new equipment! The pool area has restrooms as well as a grill and outdoor dining space with a pergola as well.
Just an hour and a half from Disney and a little over an hour from St. Augustine, you don't have to spend your entire trip in one place if you don't want to! Not to mention local and chain restaurants, niche tourist activities and beach rentals all close by!

Beautiful condo and great host. The condo is on a very quiet beach, has 3 full bedrooms and full baths. Easy access to pool and beach. Kitchen is well equipped. We just finished a 2 month stay and enjoyed it immensely. Stefanie is a great host and communication was terrific.

We loved the condo! It was very spacious with a large kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Since there were 3 us, we each had our own bathroom, which was great! The view was amazing. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our every need. The only downside was they were doing repairs on the building that were very noisy Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00. We would stay again providing the repairs are done.

We enjoyed this beautiful condo for the second year in a row. It has everything you could need for enjoying the beach. The beds are super comfy and the view cannot be beat! Owners are very easy to deal with!
