Relax on the balcony and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the shrimp boats offshore, while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Walk the beautiful sandy beach and hear the crashing waves. Often surfers can be seen enjoying the surf and the bird life is amazing! It is also a turtle sanctuary.
Located on the property is a large, heated saltwater pool! This is as close to the ocean as you can get! This completely updated condo is located on the 6th floor perfect for beach views with an excellent vantage point! It is directly on the ocean unlike many other condos that have a pool blocking your view of the beautiful Atlantic. The unit sleeps 7. The condo is a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath accommodation. The master bedroom has a brand-new king bed with premium bedding and linens. The second bedroom is equipped with brand new queen over twin trundle bed. All furniture, mattresses and linens are brand new. The living room couch pulls out to a Full Sleeper. The furnishings are all brand new and tastefully decorated with a serene beach feel. The host was extremely responsive, the condo was wonderful. The amenities were well above average and very well maintained. We loved the extra little touches like binoculars to spot the dolphins in the mornings and great beach chairs for enjoying the afternoons. There were plenty of beach towels and good cooking options.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Our family has stayed at Southpoint many times and this condo was the cleanest we have experienced. Everything looked new and stylish. My family and I were very pleased and we would return.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated with ample amout of sleeping space. Communication was excellent from the host and they provided clear instructions for everything.

I have stayed at many places in Southpoint over the years this condo is my favorite. The condo is clean and very well taken care of with a beautiful beach view. Bree is an amazing host very prompt with any questions I had for her. Check in and out instructions were very clear. I highly recommend this property.
