Dirty bedsheets with the stains (they weren’t changed from the previous stay as they didn’t smell good), broken door lock.

Location. It was a very small room. People smoking out on balcony Its not an apartment Its a room in a house. After 2 weeks still hadn't had deposit back and had to ask for it, took another 3 days! Not sure what its used for, felt unsafe, couldn't stay went and booked somewhere else.

Had a function nearby, so wanted to stay just for one night

There was no cutlery in the room. There was a kitchen in the room, but there was no cutlery.

There's nothing I can say that I liked I'm afraid. The room was clean.

Where do I start? We got absolutely no sleep and considered leaving in the middle of the night. The house has been converted into small ensuite units but the walls are paper thin, which meant we heard loud music, shouting, doors slamming and let's just say 'evening activities' all night. I felt unsafe and scared all evening. We had one towel between me and my husband. The host asked for a £50 security deposit which we had to ask for repeatedly and it only came back to us more than a week after check out. I would not recommend.

Run don’t walk away from these scammers

This property is a scam! They tried to insist I pay a deposit per person even though their terms state per booking. Then they kept my security deposit and are now ignoring me. What’s worse is Booking.com aren’t helping either —so they’re complicit in the scam. Don’t consider booking

Very satisfied, easy process from booking to end of stay.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, tea, coffee, milk, etc. provided.

There were a couple of times the lights went out in one room and the sockets in another. Also, the security deposit is stated as £50, but is actually £50per room.

My partner and I booked to stay with MK Central Gataway..the whole process was very smooth. On arrival to our room we were unable to open the window...I messaged Simon (our host) and he replied straight away..sending someone out within a very short time...we were immediately upgraded to another room..(studio) which was absolutely perfect for us as I love to cook. We were pleasantly surprised with the area too, lovely and quiet, we went on long walks..absolutely brilliant. All in all, we would Highly Recommend MK Central Gataway as a very tranquil place to stay. Joy

No breakfast was available but had access to teas and coffee in the main kitchen

It would be better if tea and coffee were available in the room. Also the key deposit should be paid at the point of reservation.

This is a five bedroom house share property… it wasn’t not clean. It’s a shame I can’t upload videos

The property was not clean; floors, bedding & shower etc. floorings were dirty, stain on bed sheets and hair in the shower. If you’re looking to book a whole property, please be advised this is a house share with 5 bedrooms.. this wasn’t made clear at the time of book. One of the rooms smelt like saw dust my allergies was all over the place.
