3 night short stay in Fuzion appt

The Vizion appt was lovely, clean and had almost everything you need for a short stay or longer. ( tee-towels would have been beneficial) . Location was very good with good wi-fi and plenty of living space . Just down from a large sainsburys and the hub ( square of restaurants / coffee shop/ brasserie /pubs etc). 10 -15 minute walk to main shopping area and market. In places Lacked signage in my opinion from car park to reception and also key pickup building which is pretty much hidden away around corner out of sight but which is very close to appt once youve found it. Ok if you know where youre going but first stay is a learning experience .Radiators hardly ever on but adequate electric heaters provided in bedroom wardrobe so not a problem. Night time water for shower not very warm at all which was a bit annoying. Obviously non smoking building but smoking allowed on balconys. ( ash trays would possibly ensure external cleanliness ) Overall we had a very nice short 3 night stay. In my opinion very good value for money although February is possibly winter prices. Facilitys well thought out just the few points mentioned could improve the experiance in my opinion and is offered as constructive criticism. Thankyou for a very enjoyable stay. .😁👌

Basic Wifi, good location, free parking, treasure hunt for the keys!

Location

A mission to go here and there to get the keys, then over to find the apartment and at the end, do it all in reverse!! It mentions Super Fast Wifi!! 29mbs isn’t super fast. I would class super fast above 500mbs and ultra fast around 1gbs. People just want a roof and decent wifi and a poor wifi can cost customers and ratings!

Perfect for a short business trip

The apartment was large and the kitchen was well-equipped. I appreciated having the balcony space although the view wasn't anything particularly special. It's in a good location - there is a large supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away and it is about a 15-minute walk from Centre:MK.

After collecting the keys from the lock-box, the instructions for finding the apartment were a little confusing.

Very spacious apartment in the centre of Milton Keynes. Comfortable and clean with large balcony.

The apartment was on the corner of the main road across from The Hub which is a square of bars and restaurants so meant it was quite noisy at night with both traffic and crowds. This was only an issue as we had a baby.

Great value

Great value for the money - a whole apartment for not much more than the cost of a hotel. Amazing Sainsbury grocery store right next door. Nice view, and a great outdoor rooftop garden.

Checking in was confusing - we had no problem getting the keys, but then it was hard to figure out where to go to access the actual apartment. (We were on foot, and the directions assumed we were driving into the parking lot). Eventually we walked into a central office to ask for help, and discovered that the elevator to access the building was behind that office.

The location is excellent for Central MK and travelling outside of the city. The apartment was clean, quiet and easy to find.

Whilst good, the general condition of the apartment was a little dated with the work tops and furniture showing signs of wear. The spell of cooking oil from the fast food outlet below was overpowering at times.

The actual room we stayed in was different from any of the photos shown on booking.com. It was not as big as the pictures showed. The room was a small one for a family.

A beautiful apartment located in a prime location.

The apartment is located in a prime location. There are grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. The mall if very close to the apartment. The rooms are small but well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, utensils and crockery. Hot and cold water is easily available. Bathrooms are decent sized. The apartment was clean and ready for use upon our arrival. There is a beautiful garden that adds to this apartments value. Take a stroll or sit in the garden and enjoy a fresh breath of clean air.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and water would not drain. We requested for maintenance, a maintenance personnel visited the apartment and said she would be back but never came back. The frying pan, and some pots were over used, scratched and worn out. The hooks to hang clothes and towels in the bathroom were missing. There was only one hook in the master bedroom bathroom. The mattress are spring mattress and we could feel them. It feels like they would come out. Please consider changing them to pocket springs. There were two tables fans that worked well but the tower fans were underpowered for the hot weather we experienced in MK. You'll have to take your own bags from the basement or the ground floor to your apartment. There is no one to help with bags and no trolley that's can be used for bags. We got a city view which was okay but not the most ideal.

Customer Service from Emily was superb and made a monumental difference to our stay. Parking was a massive bonus. Ten minute walk to the station so very easy for the buses to Silverstone.

Convenient Location

Very central but also very quiet. Plenty of amenities close by including a good-sized Sainsbury's a very short walk from the front door. Nice outlook onto the roof garden/courtyard. Quiet for sleeping at night. I wake at the slightest sound, but no problems here. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. It served as a good base while visiting Silverstone race circuit. No issues with the apartment at all and the location suited our needs.

Quiet accommodation for a lovely stay.

Issues concerning the apartment I was initially allocated was quickly resolved. I was moved to a better apartment. Also, the apartment was very clean.

Car park is a good distance from the apartment. Even with elevator present to access upper levels, property will be a challenge for people with restricted mobility.

Would definitely stay here again, but perhaps bring my own mattress topper and use a local laundrette as washing machine

Very spacious and clean, with walking distance/easy access to supermarket and local restaurants. Provided with washing up liquid and cleaning products, as well as utensils and kitchen ware. Late check out was given to 12pm at no extra charge!

The bed was very uncomfortable with springs, and left my back in a right mess even 2 days later I’m still suffering, with lots of stretches. The washing machine didn’t work to clean any items which was very disappointing. It didn’t even spin once!!! Perhaps a new washing machine is required for the property. It was very warm.

We enjoy our stay very much

my wife and I had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The flat is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my stay. Additionally, the view from the flat was absolutely stunning, adding an extra touch of relaxation and enjoyment. Also, the staff gave prompt response to enquiry and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment. I will come back

Convention central location

The apartment was a good size and simply furnished with everything you are likely to need. There was plenty of hot water, and the apartment was clean. It is in a very central location - above Sainsbury and opposite the hub, so either eating out or buying supplies to cook was very easy. Good access, by road ,or on foot to local attractions with safe, free parking (if requested). Despite its central location, we were not affected by noise at night.

All facilities were excellent but the mattress was very uncomfortable.

very well maintained and very comfortable. centrally located to all the activities we wanted to cover . right at the heart of the city . basic amenities were provided. had a fan in there too which was very useful

some of the doors made loud squeaking noise . the water is hard water. it would be great to have some the lights to be able to dim which could be used as night lights too . instructions were not clear on how to reach the property after I collected the keys but had a emergency number to call who eventually helped.

Partly of that the stay was good

The location is fantastic but the reception is terrible. Rang up for directions to get the keys but the reception response she do not know and will ask someone to contact me. The person did contact me back but it was the next morning at 7 am and told me to read the emails properly. I found out this is rude and if I didn't manage to find the keys, me and my friends have to stay outside the buildings. In the end, I manage to find the keys by asking for help from residents there.

excellent pick

everything is good, the area & carpark arrangement is good , right at the basement. just prepare to play “ egg hunting “ like when u first time get there, as the direction to get the key is a bit difficult & the lock box is not always function . other then that , everything is good, will stay there again

2nd apt At Emerald is on the 4th floor, is a bit cold, & no shelving in bathroom 1st apt at quartz is on 3rd floor, much warmer & more shelving .

PERFECT accomodation, HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely everything. The Apartment was amazing. Full bathroom, with a bath, full size modern kitchen, with everything you need, including a washing machine. Also had 3 bedrooms each with robes and main with ensuite. It was on the 5th floor with amazing views and a private balcony. Full lounge room and 6 seater dining. Lift and stairs, easy access. This apartment is Highly recommended!

The only thing I would say this apartment needs is block out curtains in the bedrooms. Otherwise it's PERFECT.
