Tv didnt work, however we didnt report it just think the remote batteries ran out. Plus it would have been nice to have known what floor the appartmentment was on.

Very Disappointed

Not that different from a hotel price and we needed a kitchen

There’s a huge glowing sign right outside the windows and the blinds in both rooms were completely useless so it was bright all night and incredibly bright in the morning, made for very poor sleep The pillows were rubbish It smelt weird It was very dusty, didn’t trust the cleaning No amenities in the kitchen eg. no oil, salt or pepper Shower in main bathroom isn’t attached to the wall and there’s no shower curtain We were told we would be able to check in before 4 and then when asking for the info were told we couldn’t, but we had already arrived, and it doesn’t specify only one parking space and their solution to the was paid parking around the corner, poor customer service

⭐ Rating: 1/5 This stay was unacceptable, both unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. 🚫 Major Problems Unsafe window: The apartment was on the 5th floor, with a French-style window that could not be closed. This created a serious risk of falling and made the apartment unsafe. Extreme cold: The outside temperature was around 5°C during my stay. Because the window wouldn’t shut, the apartment was freezing cold the entire time. No repair at all: I stayed for four days, and the window was never fixed despite repeated complaints. No alternative room: The property refused to move me to another apartment, even though the situation was dangerous and uncomfortable. No refund: They did not offer any compensation or return my money, despite failing to provide a safe and livable space. 📝 Final Thoughts This was a terrible experience. The property ignored basic safety and comfort standards, leaving me in a freezing, unsafe apartment for four days. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property until they take responsibility and improve their service.

Lovely comfortable stay. Everything worked out perfect.

Very warm in winter! Very clean and modern. Free private parking with security gate. Great location, can walk to train station. Near shops. Feels like a very chill and safe location.

Not impressed.

I liked the proximity to the city. It was an easy beeline to the local train station. I was able to easily access local restaurants and amenities.

The window was broken in that it wouldn't close or lock properly. This led to a noisy overnight stay and would have been unsafe for children to be at the propety. If this was a ground floor property, I would have been seeking a refund as it would have been at higher risk of intruders. There were obvious signs of property damage, such as patched doors and walls. The sofa had food on the cushions - all signs of the previous occupant. The bed sheets were of hospice quality. The pillows were on their last legs. I believe the price was based on access to a kitchen and dining area as well as a private bathroom. For this, I would have expected more care and, at the very least, to have adequate tea and coffee supplies. I will not be staying here again. This is not a bargain for Milton Keynes.

I couldn’t wait to get out of the place.

The host was rude to me in WhatsApp. There’s a camera at the door that I felt uncomfortable with because they can see that I’m alone in the flat and can monitor my ins and outs. When I took it off, they threatened to evict me. The couch had a smell, I had to cover it. The heating didnt work my entire stay. The flat was damaged and unsafe. Glass window had cracks on it.

I can't give a review because I didn't stay at the accommodation

Lack of communication and honesty... When I rented the apartment, I requested documentation, which was very necessary. A day later, they sent me a message with several things I couldn't do in the apartment, including charging fees and reporting strange things. (I didn't care.) The listing doesn't mention cameras on the property, and even if I had known, I wouldn't have cared about security first. When I arrived, there was a camera, and I went to tell the owner if there was also a camera inside the apartment, since he didn't tell me when he saw an embarrassing message. I was suspicious and afraid of being watched there. When I asked to cancel a reservation, they wouldn't cancel it, simply telling me to contact Booking. Even though I reported the embarrassment I had experienced, Booking.com. They were super polite and gave me all the support, saying it was entirely up to the owner. (In short, I lost my stay and the refund. They were not honest when they said that all their apartments had a security system only on the outside, and this was not disclosed, even so, I doubt it. Even more so because my friend said that there was no camera in her apartment or on the outside. Horrible experience and I do not recommend it.

Not fit for letting. Building works going on in corridors which were covered in plastic sheeting for builders. Kitchen not useable - pots / pans in a disgusting state. No kettle until 4pm the night before departure Host rude and not easy to contact. Often just hung up on me or phone just rang out. Contact number on their app didn’t work Curtains don’t open but don’t cover window either , so light comes in in the morning Broken blinds on windows don’t work Wardrobe in bedroom 1 full of broken blinds, broken ironing board and pictures. Couldn’t hang more than 2 items Bedroom 2 wardrobe not very big and not enough storage Tv - advised streaming Netflix only but did not disclose code for use when asked. Insufficient towels to start with took lots of calls to rectify. Although they said they had an office in Milton Keynes refused to give any details cutting me off if I asked where they were. When calling sounded calling abroad. Very unprofessional very disappointing Would NOT recommend Shower in bathroom was in the bath shower-head you have to hand hold no hook so have to balance and wash and hold shower head. Bathmats disgusting dirty

Accommodation, facilities were dated and very poor quality. Rooms were very warm and air conditioning did not work. The hot shower temperature could not be changed. The floor boards creaked whilst walking on them. The front door latch and peep hole was broken as well as the living room blinds, so no privacy.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and had fantastic views every thing worked perfectly and I would highly recommend it. Fantastic value for money. Lovely big bedrooms and even a dressing table invaluable for make up. But we had a great stay and I will never book anywhere else when in Milton Keynes from now on thanks Blue diamond

Great location , clean and comfortable for two but the sofa bed let it down ..

The instructions to get there and get keys were really excellent everyone should copy this format . Great safe well lit car park. Place was clean and we loved the location, near the hub which is an area we really like . Great value for money and we would stay again if it was just the two of us.

The sofa bed was awful, it wasn’t really a sofa bed more a single mattress that you put on the floor. It’s such a shame as everything else was pretty good in this apartment . The double bed room was fab, kitchen was lovely .. nice apartment .

Scam artists. I asked for partial discount, have heard nothing back.

Nothing as what you see in the photo was what we booked but not what they delivered. Was a totally different, old property covered in scaffolding as was under renovation. look at prior persons review below with photos, not the same as the new photos of the crappy place blue diamond just substituted. ie i thought i was getting the apartment in that persons review. not the photos they've now swapped in after my complaint. heads up to potential customers!

They switched our apartment at last minute when sending the codes, saw was new address not the one we booked. Decidedly lower quality, smaller apartment. Didn’t tell us, we had to notice it. Asked and they said something came up last minute and couldn’t be helped, offered nothing to fix.

Definitely recommend

Apartment was immaculate and staff responded straight away to any assistance. Beds very comfortable and 2 bathrooms well equipped a bonus. I'd definitely recommend. Location was Central as well at the very centre. Messages from the staff checking up if there was anything we needed was above and beyond.

Lovely apartment

The location was excellent and the apartment was a great size, the bathroom especially. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had wardrobes.

Small point and have fed this back already was the kitchen tap dripped making a noise however we weren't in long enough for it to be a problem though.

The location was great for what we needed

There was only a small fan unit and it was really hot that weekend. We could only stay in the apartment for one night and checked into a hotel for the 2nd night because of the heat in the apartment. The oven did not have a shelf in it and the washing machine had a horrible smell when I opened the cupboard door that it was in.
