The late night cleaner gave us lots of information and a fantastic welcome! reception staff were lovely. The apartment was comfortable.

Our room looked onto a building site of which there was no pre notification of this. We were told that reserve parking was not available despite the booking.com website saying it was. However visitor parking was available when we arrived. The lady who served our breakfast was pleasant but did not speak to us. We also did not get the coffee we had ordered and the corn flakes but we did get a large jug of milk.

Disappointed

The hotel itself is beautiful and the room was very clean and modern with a very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately, the facilities in the room were very basic. Although it stated it was a kitchenette, there were hardly any items. It states on the booking that there is an electric kettle in the room but we did not have one. We wanted to make toast for breakfast as we had a very early start and didn't have time to go to breakfast at the hotel, but there was no toaster. There is also no television in the room, which after checking my booking it did not state there would be so I should have noticed. We are not big television watchers anyway but it would have been nice to just have a bit of noise in the room. We informed the lady on reception as we left that there was no kettle and she said that room doesn't have one, although my booking said it does.

Very Nice, but consideration needs to be made for overnight guests

New and very clean. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Room was lovely.

Although it’s says on booking.com site that there is a bar and restaurant, you cannot access it as they have no way to bill you for food or drink. The property is set up for its senior residents who are living there permanently. If they intend to carry on accepting overnight guests, that needs addressing as after a 5 o clock in the morning start in the UK, the last thing I needed at 8 o clock at night was to have to looking for somewhere to eat.

Wonderful! Will stay again!

Everything. I want to live there! This property is run primarily as an old age home, but it is important that people don’t get stuck on that. It is state of the art, with more facilities than most five star hotels and the loveliest staff and residents. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It is on an upper floor with lift access and wide hallways. The building is very well situated within Le Mans and walking distance from plenty of services and attractions. Le Mans is also well situated for wider travel both north and south. We would definitely stay here again!

The wifi, though excellent, is only available on the ground floor and not in the apartment. This is less of a problem than you’d think as there are loads of places to comfortably sit and use it, but it is obviously slightly less comfortable than having it in the apartment.

The apartment was lovely. The venue appears to also be a retirement village along side the rentals. Nice location and only 15 minute walk to the main town.

We arranged to have breakfast on the two mornings we were there. We paid and completed the pre order. On the first morning we received most of the order but only one yogurt and no breakfast tea. On the second morning there was no breakfast. Some foods were provided but they didn’t seem to have have stock. Also there was WiFi in reception area but not in the apartment or garden area.

I had a fantastic stay at Résidence Montana Le Mans, highly recommended accommodation.

The staff on reception are fantastic, very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Even my lack of the French language was not a problem for them.

There was nothing to dislike. My complete stay was very enjoyable. I could not have asked or expected more.

Week-end au calme

Le calme et le service était impeccable plusieurs activités sont proposés pendant la semaine et le week-end avec les résidents permettant . On peut aussi déjeuner et dîner dans la résidence les tarif et menu sont affichés l'accueil tout les jour . Nous on a pris les petit-déjeuner il etai très copieux avec plaint de choix. Je recommande cet résidences si vous voulais êtres au calme .

Ons verblijf aldaar was verrassend! De ligging t.o.v. de stad was uitstekend en op loopafstand.

Het restaurant waarin het ontbijt werd geserveerd was prima. Het ontbijt was naar keuze en moest de dag van tevoren ingediend worden. Het was gemiddeld.

We misten koffie-en theefaciliteiten op de kamer en het restaurant/de bar was er onvoldoende op ingericht om tussentijds thee/koffie te bestellen. Het appartementje had een keukenblok dus dat had heel goed wel gekund.

A FUIR - Relationnel et esprit DEPLORABLES.

La jeune femme qui répond au téléphone est très aimable. En revanche, sa responsable pas du tout. Manque total d'esprit commercial suite au fait que je n'ai été prévenue - que quelques heures - avant mon arrivée que le balcon donnait sur des travaux importants. Alors que j'avais précisé depuis 15 jours que je voulais une vue agréable et un balcon au calme, si cela était possible. Malgré avoir été prévenue trop tard pour pouvoir me retourner en cherchant un autre logement, aucun geste de la part de cette "responsable" afin que je loge ailleurs (ce qui était possible chez eux avec un léger surclassement). Et surtout, elle n'a à aucun moment, reconnu que j'aurais dû être prévenue dès ma réservation, ou qq jours avant mon arrivée au minimum ! A FUIR, car si vous avez un souci pas d'arrangement possible avec elle !

séjour agréable dans l'ensemble

Bel appartement spacieux et lumineux. Confortable. Grand frigo avec une partie congélateur, plaque vitocéramique ou à induction. Sèche-serviettes dans la salle de bain. Climatisation dans tout l'appartement. TV Accès à la piscine intérieure de la résidence. C'est très agréable.

J'ai demandé une chambre au calme. Quand je suis arrivé le samedi après-midi c'était calme, le dimanche également. A partir du lundi c'était différent. L'appartement est face à un chantier. Entendre les bruits de marteaux, de marteau-piqueur etc, dès 7h du matin, ce n'est pas top !

Séjour au calme au Mans

Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner, je me le suis préparé grâce à la kitchenette, très bien équipée. Le lit était très confortable. La salle de bains était parfaite. L'isolation aussi, on n'entendait pas un bruit. Logement calme et reposant.

Perfect nieuwe kamers met heel hoge afwerking.

Men was nog een gebouw aan het plaatsen naast ons gebouw. Hierdoor wat geluidshinder in de ochtend. Het ontbijt is OK maar geen buffet. Men moet doorgeven wat men wil en dit heeft dan weer op basis van het senioren complex waar het aan grenst. Dit is dan ook het enige mindere. Het ontbreken van schilderijen of dergelijke in de kamer maakte voor ons geen verschil.

Appartement impeccable, piscine très agréable et accueil charmant

Jeune femme de l'accueil charmante, nous a tout parfaitement expliqué. Appartement confortable et tout neuf. L'accès à la piscine est vraiment un plus, très délassant. Accès au tram pratique pour se déplacer (attention la résidence est en hauteur et pas juste à côté), très beau jardin juste à côté et proche des cinémas, restaurants et commerce. Nous pensons y revenir car nous n'avons pas tout visité :)

Pourrait âtre ajouté pour plus de confort : des voilages aux fenêtres, un étendoir serait parfait pour faire notamment sécher le serviettes de piscine, une bouilloire serait pratique mais voilà ce ne sont que des petits plus à ajouter !
