It is not worth spending a dime to stay at unless you want to stay in a dump

Nothing it was dirty it smelled and the service was ridiculous

The place was dirty, the bed sheets smelt bad were dirty and the beds were so uncomfortable, the showers and bathroom were not clean and full of mould and had spiders and spider webs all over the property. The owner of the property told us she would bring us towels but never did.

The best in the city

Everything. Staff is extra polite. Apartments are so clean. Beachfront, taking your coffee on the balcony is realy something you need to try. Apartments are in very live area, plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery shops. You do not need a car. We were with car and received instructions where to park , apartments colaborate with parking area that is 250meters away, 2 minutes walking and it costed only 6-7€ per whole day. Safe parking. In other countries that we traveled parking is lot more expensive. That is realy organised and cheap. The owner is anytime available so u can have help for everything you need. Also they organised for us boat tour. This is just like home away from home. Warm recomendation and our future always choice

The best place in Ohrid

Excelent property,very clean and comfortable.Relaxing on the balcony and looking at the lake. Host is excelent available anytime. You do not need car if u book here but they are very helpfull and you will receive instructions where to park close if u are with car. Beaches,center,old town ,restaurants coffe shops ,markets are only 5 minutes easy walk. Especialy nice for young people ,apartments are above pubs and restaurants where is very nice for nightout. Must visit place when going to Ohrid. The same owner Ivana has a lot of properties in Ohrid( Park Diamond Group, All seasons, Apolo Ohrid and lot more) , young person with lot of experience ,sense for work and business. Excelent.

A peaceful, clean, and perfectly located stay with a warm-hearted host—truly felt like home

I had a truly wonderful stay here! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the lake and all the charming spots in Ohrid. The room was sparkling clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available for any questions and made me feel very welcome. It felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Ohrid. Thank you for a lovely experience!

1. Klimatyzator ustawiony wprost na głowę - troszkę to przeszkadzało a na dworzu (pub pod spodem) głośno więc otwarcie okna na noc około 01 możliwe ale szło wytrzymać 2. Troszkę brakowało wieszaka na ręczniki w łazience ale to detal :)

Naš boravak u Diamond Central 1 bio je najgore iskustvo preko Booking.com-a do sada. Apartman je izuzetno prljav (prašina, plijesan u kupaonici, dijelovi građevinskog otpada, opća nehigijena), prostor manji od oglašenih 65 m² – procjena je da ima oko 35 m². Umjesto obećanog “pogleda na planinu”, gleda se na niz zgrada. Ispod apartmana je klub sa živom glazbom do kasno u noć, što onemogućuje bilo kakav odmor. U oglasu se navodi da je smještaj pogodan za dvije obitelji ili četiri odrasle osobe, što nikako ne odgovara istini. Nedostaju osnovni ormari, nema ključeva niti za kupaonicu, WC jedva radi zbog slabog dotoka vode, rešo potpuno neupotrebljiv, TV ne radi. Prvi dan prijavili smo sve vlasnici, koja je priznala probleme i obećala povrat novca ako odemo – što smo i učinili. Umjesto toga, jednostrano je promijenila rezervaciju na 1 noćenje i zadržala sav unaprijed plaćeni novac. Od tada ignorira poruke. Savjet budućim gostima: izbjegavajte ovaj smještaj – opis na Booking.com-u ne odgovara stvarnosti.

Ohri şehrinin güzelliği yanında kötü şeyler sönük kalıyor.

Konumu çok iyiydi, merkezi bir yerde ve göl manzaralıydı. Sıcak su vardı. Bence bu yeri eşsiz kılan tek şey manzarası. Balkonunda içeceklerinizi yudumlarken Ohri gölünün tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. Hemen apartmanın yakınında göle girebilirsiniz.

Ücretsiz otoparkı yok, aracınızı merkezi bir yerdeki otoparka park etmek zorundasınız. Biz ilk rezervasyon yaptığımız yerde tesisat problemi yaşadığımız için acele bir şekilde burada kalmaya karar verdik olanaklara bakamadık. O yüzden bu yer sahibinin çok sorumlu olduğu bir şey değil. 2 gün için otoparka 20 Euro verdik.Temizlik kişiye göre değişir ama tavan aralarında gezinen örümcekler böcekler vardı havlular çarşaflar çok iyi olmasada temiz sayılırdı.

Местоположението беше много добро, близо до стария град и неговите забележителности, Изключение прави шумният бар точно под апартамента, както и не много близкият паркинг за колата.

Основният проблем е чистотата като цяло. Повърхностно изчистена стая, с неизмита поставка за сушене на чиниите със следи от кафе, джезвето беше само изплакнато но не измито, в бързоварката имаше мътна утайка и косми. Косми и в банята, както и паяци по тавана и пода. Кърпите в банята бяха стари и едната беше направо скъсана. Водата от душа не се оттичаше добре и пълнеше пода на банята. Бяха оставени две почти изразходвани използвани рола тоалетна хартия. Свързахме се с домакинята, дойде и се увери в проблемите. Изпрати жена да почисти и да отпуши отходната тръба на душа. Тя пък изглежда използва тоалетната хартия при почистването на банята, а не донесе нова както поискахме. Поискахме накрая квитанция за сумата която платихме за престоя си, обеща да я изпрати по имейла, но така и не я изпрати.
