• Excellent Host: The host was highly responsive and gladly provided a lot of useful information. • Location: The location was good for my needs. It's within walking distance of a traditional market and a supermarket, and not far from the school where I had meetings. However, it is quite far from the main tourist attractions. • Well-Stocked Basics: Both the kitchen and bathroom came with basic amenities. Essential items like paper towels, toilet paper, and plastic garbage bags were also provided. • Drinking Water: There is a large water container/bottle provided outside, which is very convenient.

• Cleanliness: While the place isn't fundamentally dirty, it could definitely benefit from a final sweep before check-in, as there was noticeable dust on the floors. • Confusing Door Locks: Operating the doors is surprisingly difficult. The instruction to "pull the latch to the left" was hard to figure out, and exiting the main door requires pressing a specific button on the left. Fortunately, I ran into the helper/cleaner upon arrival, and he showed me how to get in and out of the building. Without his help, I never would have figured it out on my own. • Pest Issues: There are no window screens, and a mosquito disrupted my sleep at night. Additionally, there is an ant problem—you cannot leave any food (like bread) out on the table. • Tricky Shower Temperature: The shower uses a gas water heater, making the water temperature very difficult to adjust. It easily gets either excessively hot or completely cold. Fortunately, after a few days of trial and error, I finally got the hang of it. • Awkward Sink Design: While the bathroom is quite large, the sink is installed too deep/far back. You have to lean forward uncomfortably far to wash your face or brush your teeth to avoid splashing water everywhere. • Short Sofa Bed: The sofa bed is much too short and probably unusable for anyone taller than 164 cm (about 5'4").

Solo una sugerencia, las toallas de baño quizá convendría que sean de algodón. Por lo demás excelente, tranquilo y con amenidades como cocineta, cafetera, lo indispensable para que puedan comprar y cocinar en la estancia si lo desean.
