I loved the sofa bed, extra bedsheets, mini fridge (I really loved the mini fridge), and the availability of cookware to prepare our meals. I also liked the desk, the illumination, and the patio. The bathroom was equipped with soap and shampoo dispensers and every sink had hand soap available. Right outside the property there is a bus station and drivers from ride hailing apps easily arrived to the property.
While the kitchen and bedroom were excellent, the bathroom was the weak spot: the towel hooks were about to fall, the soap and shampoo dispenser buttons were hard to push, the mirror was medium-sized and could use a renewal. A towel rack and a bidet would be good additions. The toilet cleaning brush was very old and worn out.

The pressure on the shower, it wasn't consistent, the bed was a bit torn below the sheets

Easy to get around.
It's next to a city highway and, generally, very loud. Some folks smoke and the smell travels. Room is very basic, super cold at night, and the beds are very small and uncomfortable. The address is also deceiving.
