Location and cleanliness was great.
The bathroom/shower situation could be better. Needs updating. You also need to walk through the second bedroom to get to the bathroom.

The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and yer very close to restaurants, stores and Coyoacan’s market. The property is clean, it is very easy to do the check-in and check-out. And very easy to communicate with the host.

Very near Coyoacan center
2 stores stair to get to the place. Not easy with suitcases. We rented the place for my wife and two kids, but the sofa for the kids was broken and it was simply not comfortable to sleep in. Even my 10 years old son complained about … so impossible for an adult! Nice place for a couple, but definitely not for couple with kids. Quite noisy from early in the morning
