The location and easy secured access.

The important areas of the house/apt were clean but some areas had some dirt on them or you could tell it needs a deep clean.

Coyoacan is a great place to be based to explore Mexico City and the apartment is perfectly located, just off the square, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Mauricio and Monica were very welcoming hosts, we attended a concert in the plaza in Coyoacan which they played in with their symphony orchestra for the opening of the world cup. a real treat. The apartment is cosy and although it's near the square and on the main road it's quiet at night. We walked to the metro station to get into the centre of the city, it was an easy route and the metro is cheap and regular

The location, access was great.

Unfortunately the property was not clean when we arrived. The owners offered to have someone come in to clean while we were there but we cleaned it ourselves.
