Premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the space make every stay feel elevated and effortless.
Guest Access:
Enjoy full access to the accommodation and the building’s amenities—make yourself at home and feel comfortable throughout your stay.
To keep everything running smoothly, visits are not permitted unless registered in advance. If you’d like to add extra guests, you’re very welcome to do so for an additional fee of 25 USD or 400 MXN per night.
If you need the sofa bed prepared, we’re happy to arrange it for an extra fee of 25 USD or 400 MXN per stay.

The apartment is located in a convenient and welcoming area of Benito Juárez, just one block from Parque de los Venados and close to the Joaquín Gallo Planetarium. The neighborhood offers a great balance of local charm, green spaces, and easy access to the rest of the city.
Parque de los Venados metro station is only two blocks away, making it easy to connect with major metro lines and explore Mexico City. You will also be just a short distance from Coyoacán, one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods and home to the Frida Kahlo Museum. Shopping centers such as Plaza Universidad, Patio Universidad, and Pabellón Universidad are all within walking distance.
Parque de los Venados is a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors, with walking and running paths, playgrounds, sports courts, an outdoor gym, fountains, and an open-air theater. It is a lively yet comfortable neighborhood that offers both convenience and a more local side of the city.

Availability may occasionally be limited or temporarily restricted due to maintenance, capacity policies, or prior reservations. You can reach our hosts at any time—preferably via WhatsApp—or by calling the numbers provided in your check-in instructions or available in the apartment. We usually respond within an hour; however, replies may take a little longer during nighttime hours. For urgent matters, we remain available after 10 pm. We’ll always do our best to assist you and ensure you have a smooth, pleasant, and worry-free stay.

My husband has mobility issues and it wasn’t clear from the description that there would be stairs to access the property. Also, it was hard to get in touch with the manager who didn’t speak English and it was very frustrating at times. BUT if these issues aren’t a problem for you it is a GREAT apartment and excellent value for a stay in Mexico City.

Armando thank you for let us stay at the apartment, communication was great, apartment was clean like in the pictures, complex is secure and personal is very gentle, complex is clean, this was our first time in Mexico DF and we will rent this apartment back VERY RECOMMENDED PLACE TO STAY 100 points
