Outstanding accomodation, location and value

I hadn't realized how perfect the location was till I got there -- right next to the square and all the activity and restaurants but just around the corner where the street was quiet and private even though Tres Cruces is a main street. The neighborhood was lovely and very walkable, just minutes from everything I wanted to see and do in Coyoacan. And the room was fabulous! The most comfortable bed I had in my Six Cities in Six Weeks tour of Mexico, the room and decor modern, tasteful and very clean, great wi-fi connection, plenty of hot water, and the softest, fluffiest towels ever. It was cold when I was there in January and February but this was the only room I had with its own heater. Even a bathrobe hanging in the closet! A great stay and a great value from a genuine sweetheart of a hostess, Maribel.

Can’t beat the location, the bedding was abundant and comfortable, and Mari is a great communicator.

Feels cloistered as there is no view to the outside world.

Comfy space close to the Jardin 🌟

Casa Maribel is really well located next to the Jarden. It's a simple room with a shared bathroom, which is only shared between two rooms ... so it's not a big deal. The beds and the linens are all comfy and clean as is the bathroom, has got some nice sitting areas and a kitchen that you can use and free tea and coffee making facilities, so you can't go wrong here. I definitely will be back if I'm going to explore the area more. Great restaurants right next to the Jardin, an entertaining little square, lots of fun streets & restaurants to explore.

Modern, clean, good location

Excellent location, right next to the main squares and within walking distance of everything you need in Coyoacan. The room is clean, modern, and dark curtains meant I had the best night sleep in my 2 weeks in Mexico. They kindly allowed me to keep luggage at the property for the day after check out as I had an evening flight.

Perfect venue for a visit to this amazing part of CDMX.

Only 2 mins walk from the central square in Coyoacán. Single room with shared kitchen and shower. Compact but very adequate facilities including a desk. Excellent WiFi.

My room window opened directly onto main road - choice between noise and fresh air. Overcomplicated electronic key operation which apparently I was the only one who couldn’t operate.

Lovely place to stay nestled in the heart of Cocoycan

Lovely spacious room, cosy and clean with a comfy bed! Awesome location, nestled in the heart of Cocoycan close to many restaurants and parks. Friendly and helpful host, felt very welcome.Seamless check in and check out experience, couldn't have asked for better!

Shower head sprayed water everywhere, and couldn't get warm water, only cold or hot. But this seems to be a common feature in Mexico. An AC would be a great addition to the room too. But overall, not a big deal.

Fantastic location in the heart of Coyoacan!

The location of this hotel is amazing- right in the heart of beautiful Coyoacan. It is self check-in and the information provided on how to check-in was easy and very detailed. The beds were comfortable and rooms well equipped. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage there after check-out. The facilities were kept very clean and everything is in pristine condition. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen.

These are small rooms with a shared lounge and kitchen space. It was not a problem for us as no one used the communal space, but was not obvious at the time of booking.

It was lovely, clean, professional. I liked having a private room& desk as well as a shared kitchen and dining area to.meet other guests. It meant I could choose whether to be sociable or not. It had a kettle. The location is amazing, right in the heart of coyoacan.

Location, location. Right next to main plaza. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked perfect if you were there for a while. Room was perfect ( we had Gratitude 3 with private bathroom). It had everything we needed for 2 nights. Maribel was responsive. We paid a little extra for early check in, which was useful. Would definitely recommend or return to if coming back.

Como en una pensión antigua, bien cuidado y atendido, cocinar o lavar es fácil, corazón de Coyoacan.

Quien va a Coyoacan, puede estar en el corazón del lugar en la mejor opción de alojamiento. 2 cuadras de los buses hop in, la plaza, restaurantes, todo Coyoacan cerquita. La anfitriona: mujer adorable y dispuesta a servir y ayudar en cualquier cosa. Su lugar está sistematizado y ello permite trato impersonal, basado en la confianza. A la fija.

La puerta debe tener su sistema de cierre, para evitar accidentes como el que me sucedió de dejar abierto. Por seguridad lo digo, reconociendo que fe mi falta.

L’emplacement à Coyoacan et le prix attractif

Chambre en RDC assez sombre, le lit est petit et l’eau de la douche était froide. De plus je n’ai quasiment pas dormi de la nuit car l’insonorisation étant inexistante, nous entendions les voisins qui étaient très actifs..... Heureusement que nous ne restions qu’une seule nuit

Que no tuviera una buena cafetera!!! Al parecer la tiene, pero no sirve. Sugiero que se compre una Breville con molino, ya con eso sería ideal.
