The Space:
This open-layout loft is thoughtfully designed to make the most of every space while providing a practical and comfortable stay.
The living area features a sofa bed with a double bed in an elevated sleeping loft directly above it, creating two functional areas within the same space. The elevated bed is accessed by a vertical ladder, so please keep this in mind before booking, especially for guests with limited mobility. Hospital ISSSTE Adolfo López Mateos is walking distance.
The loft also features a dining table for four and a functional kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, blender and basic kitchen essentials. You’ll also have an in-unit washer-dryer and a full bathroom with shower.
It’s a compact yet smartly designed space, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Mexico City.

2. Send valid IDs for all guests, including minors and the person making the reservation.

🔐 For security reasons, some reservations may require an in-person welcome to verify that the person who made the reservation is the person staying at the property.
We cannot offer refunds for subjective reasons, such as odors or perceptions of cleanliness.

Other Things to Note:
**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.
*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).
*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.
* Parking a vehicle, on public streets, is the sole responsibility of the guest. The accommodation assumes no responsibility for theft, damage, or any other incident affecting vehicles or any belongings left inside them.
TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.
Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.
Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.
The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.
