The flat is perfectly located, walking distance to the Canal St Martin and Le Marais. Beautifully decorated, with a large common area and functional. We were a group of 5 so it worked well, except for the fact that there was no sponge to wash the dishes and only one (already started) toilet paper roll. We asked for more toilet paper (we were 5 women staying for 3 days) and the answer was that we had to buy our own. A deposit of €350 was debited prior to arrival in case of any damage. It was meant to be reimbursed 2 weeks after the booking finished. It took me over a month and a lot of messages/emails (to Booking, to the company renting out the flat —UHP Rentals— and to Swikly, the platform that had taken the deposit) to get this back in my account. It’s a great option to stay in Paris, only if you can spare €350 (and a lot of your personal tome chasing this) for a month.
