Great location - nearby Metro served by several lines. Charming building overlooking the bustling square (not noisy), with easy access to the fabulous shops, bars and restaurants of Marais.
A little run down, creaky floorboards - but adds to the charm!

Location was excellent
The lights and sockets did not work in 1 of the bedrooms - we reported this to the agents but the issue was not resolved.
