Our chic and elegant accommodation renovated by a renowned architect offers high-end and modern facilities. It is ideal for a successful stay in Paris with family or friends.
You will love the combination of modernity and Parisian charm that our accommodation offers, thanks to its equipment and its original parquet flooring.
The Space:
Located in the center of the Marais, in the typical rue de Saintonge, a stone's throw from the rue Vieille du Temple, the rue de Turenne and the famous rue de Bretagne... With its shops, cafes and restaurants, our apartment is the ideal place for your stay in Paris, whether with family, friends or for business.
Fully air-conditioned 80m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator
- Living room with sofa bed (very good bed) Tv, Wifi
- A superb table for dining for 6 people
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher)
- 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed, bathroom with shower
- 1 bedroom with 160 cm double bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub
- 1 separate toilet
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

My apartment is ideally located in the center of Paris at the foot of the famous Rue de Bretagne
You won't know which to choose between the romantic Place des Vosges - the oldest square in Paris -, the Hôtel de Ville or the famous national Picasso museum which is located a few minutes' walk from the accommodation.
At the bottom of the building you will find the Enfants Rouges covered market, a meeting place for Parisians.
To taste the best falafels in Paris, head to rue des Rosiers, at As du Falafel, 900m away on foot.
For fashion lovers, the Marais is undoubtedly one of the best areas of Paris for shopping! Between the BHV Marais, the luxury boutiques and for vintage fans, the thrift stores will delight you.

We had a great stay. Communication for arrivals and check in was super clear and easy and the apartment is beautiful. Beds were comfortable as well. Unit is pretty central for exploring. The only feedback I have is there needs to be more trash cans in the bathrooms for instance, and the bathroom situation itself is a little strange. It was not clear from the listing that the 2 baths in the bedrooms did not have toilets in addition to showers, just the one half bath has it only so for 5 people and needing to go at night it was annoying.

Great place. Rooms are very dark, makes it perfect to catch up on sleep. Air conditioning works well. Would stay again.
