Appartement joliment refait à neuf, espace salon séparé de la chambre, exceptionnellement spacieuse. Propreté impeccable. Bien isolé de la rue (peu passante) Très bon emplacement, proche du Parc es fleurs et d'autres commodités.
À préciser : le parking à côté de l'appartement ne peut être utilisé le jour de marché du vendredi 20h au samedi 14h. Utile donc s'il s'agit d'une petite escale sur deux nuits. Appartement peu isolé du bruit des voisins :)

Extrem großzügiges Apartment mit sehr viel Fläche. Relativ neu und günstig ausgestattet. Gute Lage Richtung Hafen und Altstadt. An und für sich gute Beschreibung mit Video und Fotodokumentation um die Liegenschaft zu erreichen. Gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz in der Nähe. Am Samstag ist Markt. Dort können Sie ab Freitag 8:00 Uhr abends nicht mehr parken.
Es tut mir leid – die sogenannte Eingangstüre zum Haus erinnert eher an einen Hundeverschlag. Eine knarrende Holztreppe führt durch ein muffiges Treppenhaus zur Wohnung Eingangstüre die aus meiner Sicht etwas solider gestaltet sein sollte.
