Wonderful area of town, excellent host!! Ocean for beautiful walk right there

Liked everything, keep in mind you are in old town so although parking is free it is limited at best and sometimes requires a walk to the room. Also remember the building is old and do not expect the Ritz. Also you will need to go up a few flight of stairs. That aside, the host is kind, apartment well prepared with all necessities. Beautiful location with lot's to see along the Ocean and a short 10min walk to main "new" city center.

wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Für einen einmaligen Aufenthalt gut, aber erneut buchen würden wir nicht.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist gut. Es ist schön in einem der alten Häuser der Stadt zu wohnen. Man kann Restaurants gut erreichen und gleich nebenan um den Burgberg wandern, sowie in der Nähe zum Strand wandern. Auch der Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, dazu muss mann den Berg herunterlaufen.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht gut, weil die Kaffekanne, sowie mehrere Teller angestoßen waren. Hier sollte der Vermieter mal duchschauen und die Teile ersetzen. Wir haben etwas die Liebe zum Detail vermisst: eine Lichterkette ohne Batterien, eine vertrocknete Pflanze, ein herabhängender Rollo. Das ist nicht gerade einladend.

Les parties communes de l’immeuble pas très propres ni éclairées; dans l’appartement, les peintures écaillées dans la chambres et les sanitaires, humidité et toilettes et salle d’eau vétustes.

Appartement bien situé, dans un immeuble ancien. Il se trouve dans la haute ville tout près du port, de la mer.

Le logement est un peu vétuste, surtout au niveau du sol. On entend bien les voisins, surtout au niveau du salon. Équipements ménagers un peu juste (il manque des cuillères).
