We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights in Granville. The apartment is clean, well equipped, within walking distance of harbour, shops, bars abd beach. Parking is zcross the road in a free car park superb!

A very clean, well equipped modern apartment close to the shops, bars, restaurants and harbour. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The many provisions left for our use were much appreciated. We paid the deposit with cash, but cheques (presumably in Euros) also acceptable. There is on street parking, and a very close supermarket. We enjoyed Granville and had several walks in the area, we also took a day trip to nearby Mont St Michel, 45 min drive away. A great place to stay, many thanks. Ian and Alison

Appartement propre, lumineux, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel, spacieux, de qualité, vue 360° sur mer, port, et bien situé (proche commerces, plage, centre ville, ballades à pied). Emplacement idéal que nous avons apprécié lors de notre séjour - 3 nuitées, et sans utiliser la voiture. Merci à Mme Laurent , sympathique et attentionnée, pour sa gentillesse et sa souplesse pour les horaires. Très appréciable avec un enfant de moins d'1an. On reviendra.

Que dire, un accueil à la hauteur des lieux, Mme Laurent est une personne très gentille et attentionnée, tout est fait pour mettre son hôte alaise et qu'il se sente chez soi. L'appartement est magnifique, propre, décoration design et vue imprenable. La localisation est juste parfaite entre le centre ville, le port et la plage, tout est accessible à pieds pour faire de jolies balades. Si vous passez par cette charmante ville, foncez chez Mme Laurent vous ne le regretterez pas, ses horaires sont souple et s'adapte aux client et c'est très appréciable surtt avec des enfants en bas ages 😊, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir vers ce nid douillet que nous avons adoré ❤️ merci pour tout

Nous sommes enchantés par cette location qui est extrêmement bien située, à la fois à la porte du centre ville et des ports de plaisance et de pêche. Cet appartement est très agréable. Il est lumineux et on s y sent très bien. La résidence est bien située en plein centre ville et face à la mer. Côté mer nous avions une vue panoramique sur la ville haute. Nous avions aussi des commerces juste à côté. L accueil à été excellent. Les propriétaires sont charmants et vraiment gentils je recommande cette location.

Dans cette location tout est super ! De la vue au mobilier en passant par l'équipement, par l'emplacement, par la gentillesse des loueurs où la connexion Internet tout est super ! Proches du centre cille avec un carrefour city au pied de l’immeuble et de très nombreuses promenade à faire tant dans la ville que sur les chemins côtiers tout est fait pour passer d’excellentes vacances !
