sauber + viel Stauraum in allen Räumen praktische/hübsche Einrichtung f. 4 Personen geeignet Vermieter schreibt schnell zurück & war sehr hilfsbereit sicheres Viertel mit 30 Min. Laufweg bis Innenstadt 10-12 Laufmin. bis 3 Bushaltestellen/Supermarkt ("Carrefour Express" etwas teuer)/in 5 Min. 2 Bäcker (günstig) + 1 Spätverkauf mit nettem Biergarten im Hinterhof (günstiger Preis) + jede Menge Restaurants (alle teuer) Waschmaschine+Balkon mit Wäschegestell/Klammen praktisch Abends/früh für kurze Zeit ist Sonne auf dem Balkon Matratze im großen Schlafzimmer sehr bequem Elektrogeräte etwas zu Hightech für unseren Geschmack ;) Man braucht ein bisschen Geduld um sie zu bedienen

Lärm + Kälte haben uns leider gestört. Sonst hätten wir 10 Sterne gegeben. 1. Vermieter kann nichts für die nachtaktive Nachbarin von oben drüber, deswegen tut es uns etwas leider. Aber wir waren 13 Nächte da & die Nachbarin war täglich! bis Mitternacht zu Gange (deutlich hörtbar.) Am Wochende war sie auch bis 1, 2 und 3 Uhr laut. Was uns sehr! gestört hat. 2. Laut ab 7 Uhr früh fahren Minilastwagen auf Hof nebenan weg & ab 8 Uhr hört man 1 Baustelle. Ausschlafen ging also auch nicht. 3. waren April/Mai 13 Nächte hier, mit 8 Grad Außentemperatur. Die Wohnung war kalt und nicht heizbar. Es waren nur Sommerdecken da & keine extra Decken vorrätig. 4. Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer unbequem. Liegt man "richtig" rum stört Untergestell. Liegt man Kopfüber, ist die Mitte durchgelegen/weich & man kann nur recht oder links an den Seiten bequem liegen. Ggf. ist Wohnzimmer für Kinder, leicht Menschen oder Mensch geeignet, die noch nie Rückenschmerzen hatten

Bra med gratis parkering på innergården, balkongen, lägenheten var fint inrett, hiss. Fin promenad längs floden Arno till Ponte Vecchio och centrum som tog ca 30 min. Mysiga restauranger och Carrefour express i området. Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst.

Loved the location- easy to walk to all the main piazzas But also away from the night crowd and nice and peaceful at night! The place had everything I needed and more! The balcony had the best lighting, but was very comfortable- and definitely was a place having a washer

The communication was good for the most part til it came to requesting - 2 1/2 weeks in advance for an extra day- which they had said that the place was available for another day and that I would be able to stay. Fast forward to the night before- they had over booked and said I could no longer stay the extra night- even though my flight was changed at this time. They offered me another location to stay at no additional charge for the last night, but the hassle of packing up and moving for one more night was not worth it. I appreciate that they had tried to make it up at the end. Would recommend if they message saying you can change the dates- that it gets changed in the actually booking as well so that this does not occur. Partly my fault for not requesting that
