Great location and fair price.

Great location, shopping, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Duomo

We had some issues with the toilet and shower area very small. Also, the complementary parking was far and I needed to pay additional money every time I needed the car.

Great location

Great little spot in Florence. Showers were quite small, check-in process was difficult and the car garage does not offer valet despite what the listing states.

Overall pleasant experience.

Everything was very well communicated for a self check-in. It was smooth and hassle-free. Overall good experience.

Parking for your car is also provided through a 3rd party service provider - which was a bit of a hassle. But the area has limited parking, so no other option.

Off platform contract requires careful consideration.

The location is in a residential district with a 25 minute walk to downtown Florence, there are several good places to eat in the neighborhood and a laundromat. It was exactly where I was looking for a combination of comfort and quiet.

The main issue with this property is that they require you to sign another off-platform contract before they will hand you the keys. This is after you have made your non-refundable payment to booking. For that reason alone I am rating them a 2. Without that requirement, I would rate this a 7. We were there for a week and while there are two good grocery stores within a short walk it was hard to cook and making coffee was not easy. In most apartment stays I've rented there are at least some staples in the kitchen. Things like salt and pepper and a decent coffee maker. Usually more than instant coffee is provided. The shower in the main bedroom is unusable if you don't want water everywhere and the second shower is tiny.

Nice apartment

Its listed as two bedrooms but its a one bedroomed apartment , it has a mezzanine as a second bedroom but its open , not private and very very noisy, no lighting in communal stairway

The location was very good. The apartment was clean.

It was a problem having shower….the tubes were blocked. We were a group of 7 people and not comfortable in this size of group.

Zona centrale ben servita . Ottimo rapporto con i garage della zona . Gentilissimi

Struttura pulita comoda come posizione Noi siamo andati in 7 . Il soppalco tropo caldo Forse bisognerebbe metter aria condizionata anche in n quella zona .

C’era un mazzo di chiavi solo , quando si è in tanti bisognerebbe fornire due mazzi. In ogni caso forse ,l’avessimo chiesto ci sarebbe stato dato .

Okay, lo justo.

Ubicacion bastante bien. El parquing un poco complicado, pone que hay parking gratuito pero te ponen muchos peros.

Había que llamar al anfitrión al llegar para abrir la primera puerta y luego usar el código para las llaves. El vuelo se retraso y nos hizo ir bastante mal de tiempo, y nos pareció poco flexible. Limpieza regular, las camas muy incomodas. Llamamos para decir que éramos una persona mas, y pagar extra por ello pero hacerlo bien, y fueron muy desagradecidos. Además nos pidieron demasiados detalles para poder hacer el check in.

Μετά την ταλαιπωρία και το χάσιμο χρόνου με το αυτοκίνητο ήταν καλά.

Η τοποθεσία! Φτάνεις εύκολα με τα πόδια στο κέντρο. Όμορφη τοποθεσία με μαγαζιά. Το σπίτι είναι καλό!

Ηταν δύσκολο εως αδύνατο να φτάσουμε στο διαμέρισμα με το αυτοκίνητο. Έγραφε ότι δεν ήταν μέσα στη περιορισμένη ζώνη αλλά ήταν αδύνατο να φτάσουμε χωρίς να μπούμε σε αυτήν ( ZTL). Λογικά έχουμε πάρει πρόστιμο για αυτό. Προσπαθούσαμε πάνω από δύο ώρες να πλησιάσουμε στο κατάλυμα απο διάφορους δρόμους και να παρκάρουμε αλλά ήταν αδύνατον χωρίς να μπούμε στην ZTL. Αφήσαμε το αμάξι μακριά και έπρεπε να περπατήσουμε με τις αποσκευές. Πάρκινγκ δεν υπάρχει στο κατάλυμα.. δεν ξέρω γιατί το γράφει.. Είχαμε μια μέρα στην πόλη και φάγαμε πόση ώρα να βρούμε που θα αφήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο. Προσπάθησαν να μας βοηθήσουνε είναι η αλήθεια .. το εκτιμώ.. αλλά στα πάρκινγκ που μας είπανε να πάμε δεν μπορούσαμε να φτάσουμε χωρίς να μπούμε ZTL. Χωρίς αυτοκίνητο το κατάλυμα αυτό είναι πολύ καλό. Με αυτοκίνητο μην πάτε!
