Lovely welcome pack, thank you. A good location for walking into town, pier and the tram. A comprehensive choice of facilities provided including a washing machine and a dish washer. Easy to collect the keys. Allocated parking space. Flat owner easily contactable. Comfy lazy boy chairs.
The steps inside the flat going into some rooms, I tripped on one and grazed my hand. Not ideal for those with mobility or vision issues. One steep step in the middle of the flat.

Brilliant modern, clean apartment, great convenient location for all amenities. lovely and quite. very spacious and bright. !0/10. host was lovely and easy to reach and communicate with on hand for any problems and very quick to respond to any queries.
Nothing that we didn't like........ could maybe benefit having a couple of trays to help carrying plates etc through to living room area, and maybe a small freezer which could be beneficial to people looking for a longer stay, and make self catering side a little easier. Fantastic apartment!!
