Bienvenue à Santorin - Caen centre

Al nostro arrivo non è stato possibile alloggiare nell'appartamento scelto a causa di un imprevedibile guasto dovuto ai lavori in strada su suolo pubblico. Il proprietario, Jimmy, è tuttavia una persona di una ospitalità eccezionale e di una solarità uniche. Si è subito attrezzato per farci alloggiare in un altro appartamento, all'interno di un residence per studenti di sua proprietà. Si è prodigato affinché la soluzione risultasse di nostro gradimento e ci trovassimo a nostro agio. Non posso che consigliare di prenotare presso di lui.

L'appartamento nel residence non era bello come quello prenotato, però ci siamo trovati lo stesso molto bene per una notte. Inoltre ha una palestra e una lavanderia private

In my eyes we got a lot for the price we paid. It wasn't big or incredible, but it had everything you could ask for. Private parking, studio to yourself, looked nice, facilities were fine. Can recommend in that sense.

Bit far from the city centre. Some noise was heard in the late evening in the building, but nothing too bad. The studio is fairly small, but I think for the price they charge this is completely fine.

Good value for money and nicely decorated. Jimmy was very responsive with any issues. Parking space was handy and 20 mins walk to centre.

The shower was very small and the shower head was broken and could not be raised. Also the apartment is on ground level on the street and the window could only be opened completely rather than just slightly. Additionally someone in one of the other apartments was smoking almost every hour and we could smell it in our room and the whole hallways also stank of smoke. My partner could even smell this on his towel. Jimmy was happy to help and responsive but as these things could not be addressed during our stay we did not mention them. He did try to fix the shower but was not successful.
