This large apartment comprises a master en-suite bedroom, a second bedroom, and a living area, and has a balcony suitable for group and family.

Marina Quays is ideal for those who want easy access to Dubai's hottest public Beach and entertainment amenities, such as The Marina walk, Dubai Marina Mall, and Blue water island. It includes everything from 2 King size beds ,pool & gym.
The flat is around minutes walk to the beach ,nice restaurants and cafes , Marina walk and centrally-located place.
Upon booking:
We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, the name on the ID should be the same on your Airbnb account.
Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, but we won't know until the day of check-in/out.
-Parties or Events are not allowed. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of AED500 .
-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! insde the unit.
-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund.
