Wonderful apartment — very clean, cozy, and conveniently located. It’s a 10–15 minute walk to the DMCC metro station and about 5 minutes to the beach. There are several supermarkets right next to the building.
Overall, everything was great. The washing machine is a bit outdated and didn’t always spin properly on every cycle, but it was easily solved by running an extra spin cycle.

The location is great. It is also a big appartement. Living room and kitchen are great.
The toilets and showers are very outdated. Really needs to be replaced.

Все отлично, квартира супер, рекомендуем! Вид из окон хоть и не впечатляет, зато очень тихо и не прямые солнечные лучи не проникают в квартиру, что очень положительно. Указывается на проживании. До моря буквально 5 минут
