Both condos boast open-concept living and dining spaces, beautifully styled with modern furnishings and tasteful decor. Fully equipped kitchens come with top-of-the-line appliances, coffee makers, and all the essentials for a gourmet meal. Each living room opens onto a private balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Coworking Areas
Each condo offers dedicated workspace areas, designed for productivity while maintaining a stylish vibe. High-speed WiFi and ergonomic setups make working remotely seamless.

The guest making the reservation must send a photo of their ID prior to arrival, as well as IDs for all other guests staying with them. IDs for minors are not required.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Loud music is prohibited at all times.
Do not use bath towels to remove makeup or any other substances. Any stained towels will be charged accordingly.
If you plan to have visitors, please let us know at least one day in advance. You must also provide a photo of their ID.
Please respect the neighbors on the street and in the building.
When entering or leaving the property/building, please remain quiet to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
