It’s a well appointed apartment complex and staff were friendly and helpful.

The location and the comfort and cleanliness of and size the room for two people was perfect. Also the availability of washers and dryers made it better as we did not have to worry about running out of clean clothes.

We would like to stay again, however the noise from the road and the adjoining room and the room above ours made it difficult to sleep. The sliding doors out onto the balcony are not double glazed so the noise from traffic around the next corner was constant. There was only one towel peg to hang up one towel after showering - there should be at least three: one for each of us, and one for the hand towel (this should never be placed near the toilet as this is un-hygienic).

Beautiful, comfortable stay in walkable Polanco

Gorgeous property, friendly staff, excellent location in a walkable part of Polanco. For a family of four, the adjoining rooms were perfect, giving us two king beds, bathrooms, sitting areas, and kitchenettes. The decor was fresh and modern, and everything felt recently updated. We could enjoy sunlight filtering through the large windows or pull down the blackout curtains to sleep in. Front desk staff was available 24/7 to let us in and out and ensure safety of the building.

The only downside was the busy street next door did result in some street noise at night. Such is the price of staying in the city!

Everything it’s good with the property

No toilet paper, we didn’t got towels even though we requested, and were only delivered after we went down stairs. We asked if they’re was a maid service and they said that we will get charge because we will have to stay for 7 days to get free cleaning.

Some problems but mostly all good.

Everything was clean and new. Seems like the facilities were recently built.

When we checked in there was no electricity in the building. We couldn't carry our baggage because it was too heavy Yo carry through the stairs. Staff did not offer any solution directly, just kept saying it was the whole area and not their fault but when we went outside there was electricity everywhere. Weird.

Could’ve been better

We love the location and the property’s location.

We never got the towels we requested until I had to text the WhatsApp number. Also, they did not have toilet paper, we only had 1 roll of toilet paper. Our stay was great when we stayed at Capitalia a few weeks ago, this time was disappointing because we were also put in a shared wall/door room, and we heard the people next door. We requested to move to another room and was declined. Jocelyn is the sweetest at the reception because she always welcomes you with a big smile and it’s kind. We didn’t get extra coffee when requested.

Contact with managers wasn’t great. Received a door code that didn’t work. Then jacuzzi was out for half of my stay with no clear information as to when it would be fixed. Location is good but on very noisy main street so difficult for sleeping.

Property was in a safe/clean location. I felt totally fine as a single female walking around and exploring the neighborhood. The 24 hour doorman was always welcoming and the apartment was stunning and clean.

No podía ingresar a la habitación por problemas de acceso de la puerta, no funcionaba la combinación y tuve que esperar casi media hora para poder ingresar, así sucedió en dos ocasiones y me resultó muy incómodo porque ya era la medianoche.

Tuvimos inconvenientes con el ingreso a la habitación. La clave de acceso no funcionó y el concerje del edificio fue poco empatico en ayudarnos. Debería haber un número de asistencia, además al ser extranjeros no teníamos internet. Después de más de una hora abrieron la puerta remotamente.

Resultó fácil para ir al consulado de España. Me fui caminando tranquilamente.

La habitación hermosa , con todo lo que se necesita. Olía súper rico a fabuloso! Garantía de limpieza.

El estacionamiento. Desgraciadamente solo entran autos muy pequeños. Llevaba una camioneta pick up y no había espacio en el techo para entrar! El estacionamiento si es algo complejo si no estás acostumbrado a pagar parquímetro.

It was a good location

Horrible experiencia en este hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada. Inicialmente reservé por 3 noches pero decidí quedar una noche más. Le avisé a recepción que haría el pago en un momento. Me llamaron y me escribieron por ahí 10-20 veces para hacer el pago. Lo hice. Al otro día, decidí quedarme otra noche más, les volví a avisar. Subieron a tocarme la puerta, tocaron dos veces (después de verme ingresar al hotel hace 5 minutos), cuando no abrí porque me estaba duchando, procedieron a abrir la habitación (sin mi autorización). Me cogieron casi desnudo. Que falta de respeto y profesionalismo. El jacuzzi lo cierran a las 6pm. Quién usa un jacuzzi antes de las 6pm? Nadie ! El jacuzzi es para por la noche. Todo muy regular la verdad.

La ubicación, puedes hacer muchas cosas caminando, cerca de centros comerciales, cafés y museos.

Una noche no pude dormir por la bulla de la habitación de al lado… y pesé a que envié una queja vía mensaje no lo resolvieron (quizás por la hora; en fin)

Muy comoda la habitacion y la ubicacion muy buena. Se ve que el edifico esta bien cuidado y da buena sensancion.

El check in es muy malo. En nuestro cas llegamos al alojamineto sobre las 8pm y el guarda de seguridad que esta en la recepcion tenia nuestra inforamcion. No obstante nos dijo que para abrir la habitacion teniamos que buscar un codig de Booking que nos habia llegado a nuestro correo. Le dijimos que no lo teniamos porque el codigo llego al Spam y el guarda nos dijo que el no podia hacer nada. No tenia nigun numero de contacto para tener asistencia. Afortunadamente revisamos el correo y encontramos en el junk mail el codigo. Pero nos quedo la duda de que hubiera pasado si no hubieramos recibio el codigo. Eso no deberia ser asi y deberia haber una forma de comunicarse con alguien del establecimiento para resolver el problema. Esto fue bastante incomodo y molesto. El otro tema es que ele stableicmiento no tiene servicio aseo. Entonces no se tienden las camas, ni se cambian las toalla ni se lavan los baños. Esto no nos gusto.
