The sleeping area includes three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub to meet all your needs.
With two terraces offering different orientations, you can enjoy the sun or relax in the shade, depending on your mood. Ideally located on a quiet street, the house is also just a short distance from the beach and local shops.
Sleeping arrangements:
One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.
One bedroom with two 80 cm single beds.
One bedroom with a 110 cm sofa bed.
An ideal setting for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!
Guest Access:
The villa offers parking spaces within the property grounds, and you can also park conveniently right across the street.
The Neighborhood:
It is located on a quiet street, close to both the beach and the shops.
The nearest beach is less than 500 meters away!
