About this house rental
Discover the Arcachon basin by staying in a comfortable house of 85 m2 with swimming pool in the town of Andernos les Bains between Arcachon and Cap Ferret
During our absences, we offer for rent our main house named "Villa Mapoutchet" (name of the tributary channel of the Teychan channel in the Arcachon basin). It is ideally located in a quiet area 800 m from the port of Betey, the beaches, the hyper center and 100 m from the cycle path.
Our house is located on a plot of 390m2, wooded, fully enclosed, without vis-à-vis with pedestrian access by a lockable gate and vehicle access by a remote-controlled gate. Parking for one vehicle is included on the grounds.
Outside, a large wooden terrace extends the house, you will have a 5-seater lounge, 2 deckchairs, a garden table, a 2m x 3m swimming pool 70 cm deep (ideal for children), a bioclimatic pergola and a gas plancha.
The interior consists of a large living room of more than 45m2 (with 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, dining room table 6 seats) open to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 bed (one of which also has a children's bed on the mezzanine, like a stilted cabin), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet and a laundry room.
You will find all the comforts, air conditioning, American fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, Magimix espresso-coffee, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Bosch ironing center with table, cordless Shark vacuum cleaner, 54' Sony TV, fiber wifi, radio CD player....
This house is ideal for 4 adults and a child. We can provide you with a travel cot, a high chair and toys for a young child. You will also have board games, 4 bicycles and a children's bike with wheels.
Sheets and household linen are provided. Beach towels are not provided

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday, rates are all charges and tourist taxes included, cleaning is at the expense of the tenant. 30% deposit at the signing of the contract.
