Summerchase is awesome with plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you find this level of luxury anywhere for this price!

Check in was easy. No issues with security like other reviews may have stated. I had 1 issue with the place I stayed. The floors were absolutely filthy! My kid’s feet were jet black on the bottom within 30 min of being there. Rather disgusting. Instead of calling I fixed the issue myself. There was a mop by the washer/dryer. I bought some fabuloso at Publix and mopped. The water was BLACK. Other than that the place was perfect. Fit my entire family, ample amount of dishes, and a 1st class view from balcony. We also had a sea turtle encounter the second night. Laid her eggs directly in front of complex. Really neat. I do recommend staying here if you don’t mind dealing with the smaller issues.

on Sunday because we had the other bathroom and the toilet could be flushed by lifting the back and pulling the flap by hand so didn’t consider it an emergency. On Monday, it was reported at 840 am, and was told it would be sent to maintenance right away, but requested pics which were sent immediately. As we check out, this issue has yet to be fixed. For the last two days it has been necessary to flush the toilet by putting our hand in the back of the toilet and lifting the flap which as you can guess was gross and left our hands black. We are very disappointed that this issue was not addressed and we were unable to fully utilize the entire facility we were promised.

Property was ok, a little overpriced but ok, had an issue with kitchen cabinet door, hinges were broken the day we checked in from previous rental, property inspector said she would have maintenance to come out and fix but they never showed up, inspector was still there when we came in at 4
