Our condo is perfectly situated on the West corner above all complexes next door with uninhibited views, 19th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room, 55” in the master and 43" Smart TVs in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.
Phoenix Orange Beach is perfectly located right in the middle of Orange Beach! Conveniently located across the street are grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and many more.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great location near all the necessary amenities. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. The beach is phenomenal and the pool was nice on the cooler days. Amazing view of sunrise and sunset from the balcony. The communication was very timely via email and text, just as I like it. We visited in early November so there weren't any crowds.

the condo was beautiful. a few things needed attention. the jet tub was filthy and when we turned jets on, black stuff came out. the smoke alarms kept chirping the entire time. even though i communicated (phone and email) with the host, this continued until night before we left. Other than those things, we really enjoyed our stay. it rained alot of our stay, but the inside pool offered something to do :)

This location, the unit and the amenities were exactly what our family of 10 needed. The unit was amazing, the location was great we could get anywhere in 10 minutes or less. We had so much fun on the lazy river. The beach was pristine and the view refreshing. You won't go wrong utilizing this unit.
