Enjoy your next Sylt vacation in this detached holiday home with a garden in the south of Westerland. The completely renovated holiday domicile from 2020 welcomes you in entirely new splendor with high-quality and modern furnishings. Away from the hustle and bustle, this lovingly decorated vacation home with 110 m² invites you to a special family vacation for up to 6 people.
Layout of the domicile:
The ground floor welcomes you with an entrance area with a wardrobe and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a light-flooded living/dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The perfectly equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine invites you to cook or chat with family or friends. The light-flooded and tastefully designed living area with a modern sofa offers you access to the garden. Of course, a flat-screen SMART TV with music speakers is also available here. In the garden with terrace furniture and a beach chair, you can enjoy the Sylt sun. Four lovingly furnished bedrooms with high-quality beds promise you restful sleep. The master bedroom offers a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a single bed with a topper (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. In the third bedroom, you can relax in a box spring bed with a size of 1.60 m x 2.00 m and a flat-screen TV. The fourth bedroom has two additional single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. All bedrooms are equipped with sufficient closet space and offer enough storage space for your vacation wardrobe. Another bathroom with a shower is also at your disposal. In the garage (dimensions: width: 2.35 m, height: 1.75 m, length: 4.40 m), you can park your car. In the rear part of the garage, there is a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a laundry rack and an iron with a board. Be curious about what awaits you.
