Spacious, non-smoking vacation home unit (approx. 104 m²) for up to 6 people in the exclusive Haus Eide complex, Bismarckstraße 25—just 300 m from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the pedestrian zone. Built around the turn of the century in the traditional seaside resort style, the house was carefully gutted and redesigned to the highest standards.
Living [&] Enjoying The light-filled living room with natural stone flooring invites you to relax with a comfortable corner sofa set, two armchairs, a footstool, and an XXL flat-screen cable TV. The centerpiece of the room is an elaborately built-in fireplace, framed by original Delft tiles—a true eye-catcher and hard to beat on cool evenings. The patio door leads out to the south-facing, sheltered sun terrace with a beach chair, patio furniture, cushions, and a parasol.
Kitchen The separate, fully equipped kitchen features: a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
Bedrooms Three spacious bedrooms for up to 6 people: The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and share a stylish shower room/toilet. The third bedroom, featuring a generous double bed (2.00 × 2.00 m) and a walk-in closet, has its own en suite bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, washing machine, and dryer—ideal as a master suite. A separate guest restroom is also available.
Wellness The in-house sauna in the basement, with private access directly from the third bedroom, rounds out the amenities—perfect for a break after a long day at the beach.
