It was a perfect stay.

The flat was very clean, comfortable and nice. The flat had 3 balconies and a little sitting area in the garden. The flat had a good working sauna and a nice garden shed to store the bikes. The flat was very well located. The communication with the owners was very good.

Nice but I would not come back.

The apartment has one great bedroom. The other two are very dark, with almost no windows. One of the three rooms has no door, so I wouldn’t recommend the apartment for 3 couples. For a family with kids is okay.

The kitchen is very small and the cutlery is extremely old and the knifes are useless. There is almost no storage room for clothes. One bedroom is super dark with just one small window, but has a big bathroom with sauna. The other room has no door and it’s upstairs so it’s really hot in summer. The third bedroom is the most beautiful one, with a balcony and many windows, but a small bathroom. There is no washing machine, so it’s not appropriate for longs stays with kids. The buildings nearby are ugly and made a strange contrast with the island aesthetic.

Komfortable, hübsche Ferienwohnung in Westerlands Süden

Ruhige Lage, gleich in der Nähe zur Bushaltestelle (2Min.) und zur Düne mit Meerzugang (6 Minuten), sehr sauber, Sauna im Bad, hochwertige Möbel und bequemes Sofa, ausreichend Stauraum (2 Personen).

Das Bett war uns zu weich-> Rückenschmerzen Die Küche ist zum kochen wirklich beengt, Supermarkt und Restaurants alle in Laufweite >15 Minuten

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

FeWo in super Lage (15 min zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum), im OG des Gebäudes mit 4 FeWo, überraschenderweise mit Treppe zum ausgebauten DG (Raum mit zusätzlichem Doppelbett), alles vorhanden, für 2 Personen perfekt (ohne Nutzung des DG-Raums), jeweils kleiner Balkon zu 3 Seiten (konnten wir wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen), prima Ausstattung, ausreichend Handtücher, schickes Geschirr, bequemes Doppelbett, gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld, einfacher checken und -out, Sauna wunderbar (bei diesem Wetter), Parkplatz immer vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch Restaurants, Bäcker, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bushaltestelle unweit… alles prima!

Erwähnenswert wäre der Hinweis auf ein paar mehr Haken und im Schlafzimmer vielleicht noch ein 2. Schrank. Sauna haben wir wegen der Schräge und Größe einzeln genutzt.

Sitzmöbel sehr unbequem Couch und Tisch in die Jahre gekommen.Duschtür undicht und klemmt beim Öffnen.Zuwenig Handtücher wenn die Sauna mit genutzt wird.Vermieter nicht gesehen.Fenster im Bad lässt sich nicht auf Kipp stellen.Küchenmesser stumpf und verschließen.Minimal Ausstattung.

Schöne Wohnung im Süden von Westerland

Eine moderne saubere Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Das Zentrum von Westerland und auch der Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste ausgetauscht werden. Alles andere ist sehr gut und wir würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen.

Entspannung ab der ersten Sekunde

Eine sehr schöne, hochwertig renovierte Wohnung! Die Ausstattung war super, Sauna, 3 Betten, ausreichend Handtücher, einen Schuppen für Fahrräder, Parkplatz, etc

Beim nächsten Mal wäre es noch besser, wenn die Wohnung Toilettenpapier, Müllsäcke und Spülmaschinentabs ausgestattet wäre.

Die Lage ist gut wenn man mobil ist (Fahrrad/Auto). Ansonsten etwas Besseres erwartet

Wir hatten einen sehr frühen Flug, so dass wir schon um 8 Uhr auf der Insel waren. Netterweise war die Wohnung schon frühzeitig bezugsfertig und wir wurden, wie versprochen, darüber umgehend informiert.

Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch. Kleiderschrank ist ein offenes Regal. Schubläden fehlen in einem der SZ. Küche nur mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle, nur 2-Platten-Herd. Es sind 6 Betten in der Wohnung, aber nicht genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sofa viel zu klein, Sessel sieht aus wie vom Sperrmüll und kratzt selbst mit 2 Decken! Mit 4 Personen nicht gemütlich. Tisch und harte Holzstühle wie in einer Kantine. Der Garten, der angeblich mit genutzt werden kann, ist total verwildert und verwahrlost! Zwei enge Balkone mit je 2 Stühlen; zu 4. kann man dort nicht sitzen. Der Blick auf ein Asylantenwohnhaus ist auch nicht sehr schön. Für den Preis hatten wir etwas Besseres erwartet.

Insel schön , Haus ruhig und gut ausgestattet

Schönes Haus , gute Aufteilung und nett eingerichtet . Sauna ,zwei TV so gibt es kein Ärger 😇, zum Strand kommt man auch sehr schnell und in die Stadt geht es auch zügig . Bäcker in der Nähe .

Kleinigkeiten : In der Sauna hätte ich mir einen Zeitmesser gewünscht , über einen Eierkocher würde man sich auch freuen . Für zwei Personen ist alles ok aber für zwei weitere ist das erreichen des zweiten Schlafzimmers fast schon zu gefährlich weil Treppe zu steil ist bis ins Dach . Das Zimmer selbst ist geräumig und mit zwei Dachfenstern versehen . Doch leider war das morgendliche Frühstück auf dem Balkon gestört vom Anblick des hässlichsten Hochhaus auf Sylt . Nicht das man es jetzt falsch versteht aber ein Haus steht hier an der falschen Stelle .

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Rand von Westerland

Super saubere Ferienwohnung, es gibt 2 Doppelbetten aber nur ein Bad und eine Toilette , für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Schönes Geschirr , gute Küchenausstattung , Senseo Kaffeemaschine vorhanden, Pads bitte mitbringen. Sehr kleiner Balkon zur Strasse hin. Lage sehr ruhig, Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Zentrum Westerland fussläufig in 15 Minuten. Strandnähe. Im Gartenhäuschen kann man Fahrräder unterstellen. Ausreichend Handtücher für eine Woche für 2 Personen vorhanden. Müll wird getrennt, Große Tonnen vor der Haustür. 2 Fernsehgeräte. Wohnung wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, außer dem Garten.

Für mehr als zwei Personen zu klein, vorallem der Kochbereich . Leider keine Waschmaschine, ist aber bekannt. Couch könnte etwas gemütlicher sein und größer. Mehr Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung , 4 Kleiderbügel sind etwas zu wenig. Das Besteck ist aus etwas eigenartigem Material. Der Garten lädt nicht zum gemütlichen Sitzen ein , sieht auf den Bildern gepflegter und gemütlicher aus. Im Treppenhaus fehlt unten ein Lichtschalter, oben vor der Wohnungstür bringt er nicht mehr viel .

Tolle Wohnung und Ausstattung. Weg zum Strand und nach Westerland gut. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Sehr Ruhig.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Aussicht auf das hässliche Hochhaus.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Die Unterkunft erfüllte alle Erwartungen. Eine Sauna war für uns wichtig. Die Spülmaschine top! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Sehr gemütliche, schöne Wohnung. Alles für eine erholsame Zeit vorhanden. Nah zur Bushaltestelle und somit auch ohne Auto alles gut zu erreichen.

Eine angenehme Unterkunft mit zu vielen kleinen „aber“ für den Preis

Die Boxspringbetten waren genial, alles modern, Böden Holzlaminat. Schön und heimelig.

Kein Teekrug (Glaskrug gekauft), sehr laute Geschirrspülmaschine, sehr wenig Ablageflächen (sowohl in der Küche wie im Badezimmer als auch zu wenig Kleiderschränke).
