This spacious vacation home is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city, on the quieter southern outskirts of Westerland, just about 500 meters from the beach. The dunes and meadows in the immediate vicinity are ideal for nature lovers and dog owners. But the Sylt Aquarium, the lively promenade, and the bustling pedestrian zone (Friedrichstrasse) are also within walking distance.

The lovingly furnished house offers 130 square meters of living space, including a large living room with a dining table for 8 people and a cozy seating area. Adjacent to this is a terrace sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, complete with patio furniture, as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen-dining area with seating. For coffee lovers, both a standard filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine are available.

The house has 4 bedrooms (2 large double beds and 2 queen-size beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and bathtub). Three TVs, a DVD player, a stereo system with an iPod docking station, and Wi-Fi throughout the house make it a pleasant place to relax even on days with inclement weather.

A washer-dryer, an ironing board, and a hotel-style safe for your valuables are available in the house.
A small dog is also welcome in this property (additional fee).
A private parking space is located right next to the house.



Please be aware that the lower part of the house, with a separate entrance, is under a long-term lease. This means you will not have the property entirely to yourselves. However, the parking space, the terrace, and the garden naturally belong exclusively to your part of the house.
